*Hotchner's Household*
Aaron and I were lying in bed when the alarm went off. I was not too fond of that sound. I can't describe how much I hated it and more now that I'm always tired and want to sleep more.
"Y/n wake up. We'll be late for the appointment" Aaron said trying to wake me up but I didn't budge, I was way too tired. Oh, and that's right, today we have an appointment to find out the gender of our baby.
Aaron comes next to me and indulges me with kisses, pulling the covers off. "Come on. Breakfast is ready and Jack is waiting."
"Fine I'm awake," I say sitting up and kissing his cheek. He was sitting next to me and eyeing my bump which made me worry.
"What? Something wrong?" I say looking at my bump.
"Nothing nothing" he chuckles; "I just love seeing you pregnant, carrying our baby, our creation," he says rubbing my stomach and giving me a kiss
"Oh, don't scare me like that, you had me worried for a second," I say putting my hand on his and smiling. "You really love seeing pregnant me?"
"Of course my love, I love taking care of you," *kiss* "... hold you, *kiss* "... loving you" *kiss* "... seeing you carry our child, it's a blessing among blessings," he says and I melt at his touch.
"I really love you"
"I love you more. Now let's get moving before we are late" Aaron says standing up.
"You're right let's go"
"That's my girl. Come on" He says and we proceed to get dressed and head downstairs to Jack. When we get downstairs we see Jack eating his pancakes and happy face.
"Mama, when is the baby coming?" He says with his mouth full.
"Soon sweetie. We don't talk with our mouths full" I say and kiss his head.
"Sorry. Yay! I'm so excited to play with them."
"Jack you'll need to be gentle with them for some time," Aaron says serving us coffee.
"Why?" Jack says confused.
"Because they would be little for a while," I say and smile.
"Oh okay. Then I'll help you."
"You'll be a great big brother, Jack," Aaron says
"I'll be the best brother ever!" Jack says excited
Aaron and I enjoy this moment and laugh at Jack's energy. In a few months time, we will have another one running around and we couldn't be happier.
*Doctor's appointment*
"Do we want to find out the gender today?" Dr. Robbins asks, squirting the ultrasound gel on me.
"Yes but can you put it in an envelope? We are doing a gender reveal." I say excited.
"Of course. " she turns the ultrasound screen to us, "There we go. We have a strong beating heart." She says and we all smile, especially Aaron, he can't contain his happiness.
