Piloting Genesis, you break into a warehouse that has been converted into a secret Refrain facility. Security attempts to fight back, but you slaughter them all.

You then saw multiple people under the effects of Refrain, most of which are reliving their happiest memories and aren't aware of their surroundings. You grab the Refrain overseer with Genesis.

"Disgusting! You Britannians do nothing but bleed others dry for your own satisfaction. Now it's time for you to die."

You clenched Genesis' arm and crushed the overseer. After stepping out of Genesis, you looked around and saw multiple cases of Refrain and the people that are still under it.

Kallen arrived with her Knightmare Frame and saw the carnage.

"Zero sent you to babysit me?"

Kallen: "Not in the way he phrased it. Although he probably thought it. I can see you haven't lost your touch. How do you do this without remorse? I'm not chastising you, I want to know so I know that I can push through and know that what I'm doing is right."

"They took everything from me. They force the weak to submit to them, and whenever they meet someone equal to them, they do whatever it takes to get rid of them. They are a plague. What I'm doing is to burn it thoroughly. I'm aware of how draconic that sounds, but have any alternate methods worked so far?"

Kallen: "None that I've heard or seen, but I agree with your reasons."

"Your mother, right?"

Kallen became surprised.

"Your mother is Japanese. She gets treated like trash every day by your "Official parents", so she turned to refrain. You have your reason, I have mine. I'd say in spite of our paths being different, our destination is set in stone."

Kallen: "I agree with you there."

"Forgive me for going to your personal history. I needed to know if you are truly committed to this."

Kallen: "I have a feeling Zero has a similar mindset, and I now know your reasons. I guess I can trust you."

"Let's burn down this corrupt empire, and bring forth a new one. One where peace and justice prevail over evil."

Kallen: "I already like the sound of it."
