An Object

I am nothing but an object,
A hammer, a screw, a tool,
I never will have any worth,
For I am just a fool,
I am not important,
No one ever needs me,
I'm not even a target,
'Cause I'm that easy,
I'm worth as much as the gum on your shoe,
As a broken, rusted nail,
Every day I strive to improve,
But, every day, I fail.
