Loud music blasts in her ears.
  She's looking around, trying to find him.
Her vision is hazy. She can't think straight.
Suddenly, she hears him behind her.
"Aubs...!" There he is. Deviln. With his stupid smile, strawberry blonde hair, and his bright eyes glaring right at her.
He leans on her for support, holding her shoulder with one hand, and a drink in the other, "So...! Where you wanna go.. *hic* next..?"
She rolls her eyes, "You're... drunk, Devi." She acted like she wasn't under the influence, when clearly she'd gotten too much.
She just kept thinking.
And drinking.
God. Am I just like my mother...?

That thought made her sick.
"Soooo~ wanna blow this joint-" He raises his cup in the air, and just before he could finish, a girl with long blue hair comes up to them, "Yooo...! Aubrey and my boy, Deviln!! Me and the gang are playing spin the bottle upstairs... wanna.. *hic* join...?"
Deviln's face immediately shoots a grin, "Fuck yeah!"
Aubrey sighed softly, "Alright..."

Cheering echos throughout the room. A bunch of drunk teenagers play spin the bottle. What could go wrong?
Aubrey and Deviln sit next to each other, in a circle with other boys and girls. They'd gotten through a couple of rounds, nothing too unusual. (For a bunch of drunk asf teens)
It got to Aubrey's turn. She span the bottle, everyone cheered and clapped. All she could hear were the ringing in her ears.

It landed on Deviln.
"D-Devi..?" She glances at him. He's totally out of it.
"Truth.. or dare...?" One of the boys asks.
"Hmm... dare." She smiles confidently.

The boy then points to the bedroom next door, "I dare you to make out with him."
"Oohhh~"
"I knew... they were perfect together~"
"Come on~"
All of the kids around them chanted.
Aubrey and Deviln just stare at each other, speechless.
A big smile creeps in, from tip to tip of his cheeks, "Wanna..?"
Her heart rate increased. She became all sweaty. She couldn't breathe.
"I.. I..." she looked around awkwardly, trying to avoid his gaze.
He suddenly grabs her by the wrists and drags her to the bedroom, "Come on, Aubs..!"
"W-wait!!"

She could feel his tongue touching hers.
She could feel his warm hands all over her body. Her chest, her crotch, and her legs.

She couldn't feel any pain. Her vision went dimmer and dimmer. She looked at the impact of the blow on her knees and shoulders, blood pouring down, staining her dress.

No matter how much she screamed internally, nothing came out of her lips, and she stayed frozen.
Her vision grows dark as she slowly slips outta consciousness.... the last thing she heard is the sound of someone getting out of a car...

I wrote most of that really late at night. And it shows.
I also had a horrible dream last night, and this helped take some of the stress of it off my shoulders.
But it also added a lot more anxiety. Damn. Why do I love to torture myself? Idk 🤷‍♂️

If you haven't noticed already, I took a lot of the struggles of Basil and Kel and mashed them together for Aubrey. Especially Kel's. I wanted to have them be similar in some ways. And for Basil's, I took that into consideration too, cause I wanted them to have things in common too.
Now, before I get a lot of unnecessary hate, I. Absolutely. Do. Not. Support. SA. It's a horrible thing to experience, and the people that do it are awful. No one deserves to be used like that. It's disgusting how often it happens.

NO. I made her lesbian CAUSE I love the cotton candy ship. I think her with Kim makes the most sense. I thought of that first.
I didn't decide to make her have sexual trauma until much later in the plot. And it absolutely does not immediately make someone a lesbian if a girl have trauma with a boy. Not every single lesbian has trauma with males. Only a handful do.
