A week later.
I was laying down on my bed, drawing in my sketchbook. I felt my phone vibrate. It was Duke, We talked each-other on stop.

Duke🖤 ; hey, how are you?
Mia⭐️ ; im good wby?
Duke🖤 ; im ight, are you busy tonight?
Mia⭐️ ; nopee :) , why?
Duke🖤 ; i wanna do something with you today haven't seen you since the sleepover, we js been texting.
Mia⭐️ ; okay, that's fine! are you gonna pick me up?
Duke🖤 ; yea be ready at 3pm.

It was already 2:40, so I ran to my bathroom, and let my hair stay how it was, as I changed my clothes. I was wearing a grey hoodie, and black jorts.
I put on my black converses, as I actually decide to put on my necklace my brother got me.
I grab it and put it on my necklace. It was already 2:53. I then walked downstairs, I only saw Sam and Fanum. I laugh to myself.
"Hey, Mia." Fanum says to me and I wave. "Where are you going?" Sam asks as she stood up and walked towards me. "Me and Duke are going to go hang out. I don't know where though."
I respond, as Fanum gets up and puts his hands around Sams waist as she giggles.
I look away as I heard the doorbell ring. I walked towards the door, then opened it. It was Duke, he smiled at me, and I turned away.
He grabbed my hand, and I followed him. He took me too his Jeep, as he opened the door for me. I sat down as he closed the door and opened his side.

We made it to Dukes house, a couple minutes later, and we just finished eating alfredo pasta. I sat down on the couch as I looked up at Duke as he was on his phone.
I felt the air, it was so tense. I tried to break it off. "Duke..so, when we were at the sleepover what were you going to show me?" I tilt my head to the side. Duke looks up and giggles as he wraps his hand around my neck.
It shocked me so I just felt my saliva slowly go down my throat. I looked at his eyes, then his lips. He smiled, and looked away. He looks back at me, and gets closer.
I don't think my heart or anything was ready. Duke got closer to my lips and kissed me. I kissed him back, as I started to lean more.
