We are here at Deanna's bar, yeah this is her new business, of course I'm one of her partners here. A month pa lang sya nag ooperate and I can say business is good.

Andito kami sa taas, VIP section masyado kase crowded na sa baba. A lot is dancing and marami na rin lasing. It's already 10 PM na rin what to expect.

" Hey Bei!! Have some fun naman!!! Now ka na lang namin nakasama. You're too stiff pa!!! " Ate Den

" I'm good here!! " While sipping my drink

" So kj mo talaga !!!! " Des " Come on Duke let's dance sa baba.

And nagpuntahan na si la sa dance floor. While me I'd stay beside Red, who's drinking bloody Mary!!! Yes that fucking drink!!! And she already have 6 glasses already at parang diman lang sya tinatamaan.

" Hey still good?? " She just nodded and drink it straight. Napapanganga na lang tong mga kasama ko e. Sa lakas nya uminum.

" Hahaha nice Calli!!!" Pag cheer pa mi Deanna na sinasamaan ko ng tingin. So she looks away agad sakin and shut her mouth.

" Bei wanna dance?? " Cait

" No gonna stay here na lang. " I answer

" Ohhh, ok " And she sits beside me.

Bigla naman tumayo si Red.

" Where are you going?? " I asked agad.

" I'm gonna get some drink"

" No!! I'll get na lang for you!! Dito ka na lang. " I offered

" Stay!! " Yun lang at umalis na.

" Sit Beatriz sit!! Hahahah!! " Pang aasar ni Deanna.

" You wanna go sa hospital Wong?? " Banta ko.

" Hahaha I'm just joking chill!! " Iiling iling akong tumayo at sinilip sya sa balcony ng bar. I saw her sa bar counter nakikipag usap sa bartender.

" Bei!! "

"Yes ?? "It's Cait sinundan nya pala ko.

" It's been awhile huh?? "

" Yeah " Bat ang tagal ni Red bumalik

" So ahmm, what's going on with you two?"

" What do you mean?? " Maangan ko

" I saw how you look at her and how you obey every thing she wants. Mas muka pa ngang sya ang amo kesa sa yo!! It's obvious you know?!?! " Di ako sumagot. " You know that I like you bei?? Right?? Can't it be me?? " Malungkot nyang sabi.

" You know the answer on that Cait!! " I said to her straight.

" Ano bang nakita mo sa kanya?? She looks plain and uneducated!! Di kayo bagay!! " Bigla nitong outburst, buti na lang malakas ang music at di kami pansin.

" And who do you think is bagay sakin??!! You??!! Dream on but it'll never happen!! " I harshly said to her para tigilan na nya ako.

" Do you think people around you will accept her??! Wake up bei!! She's gonna be eaten alive in your circle!! "

" That's not your problem anymore!! " Then iniwan ko sya dun.

I look back again sa bar counter and I didn't see Red anywhere!!

" Wong have you seen Red?!! "

" Who's Red??" Naguguluhang tanong nito.

" Si Red I mean Callisto!! "

" No didn't see her came up again!! Why?? " Nagtatakang tanong nya

" Fuck!!! " And I run fast to find her

" Wait ate bei!!! What's happening!! "

" Red!!! " Sigaw ko sa dance floor " Where did the small girl go, wearing white shirt?? " I asked the bartender na kausap nya kanina.

" Maam Bea andun po sya sa dulo!! " And pointed the end of The bar counter.

" Ok!! "

When I get close to her. I hugged her agad and she didn't mind naman.

" Didn't I told you to stay there!! "

" I can't see you up there and thought you left me!! " Bulong Kong sabi rito.

" I'm working you know, so I can't leave " Buntong hininga nito.

" Please don't go out of my sight again ok?? " I said before I let go sa hug. " What are you drinking?? " I ask kase she have a bottle of alcohol. My eyes got big when I saw it's a very strong drink!!! Fuck she's drinking Everclear. And nakahalf bottle na sya!!!

" You still good??Wanna go back there?? "

" Don't want too"

" Ok let's stay here then " I just stand behind her, covering her sa mga tao. Yeah that's how protective I am to her.

Then she drink lang not minding me nakaback hug sa kanya while kissing her head. When my phone rings.

It's Deanna

" Ate bei!!! Where are you?? " She sounds like kabado or something.

" Here sa baba!! "

" Can you please come back here!! It's Cait!!! She doesn't want to stop drinking and wants to talk to you daw!!! "

" Then let her be!! "

" Please ate bei she's crying!! " I will say no na sana ng

" Just go up there!! " Red while still drinking.

" But I don't want too!! " Parang bata Kong maktol.

Pero tiningnan na ko ng masama kaya sumunod na rin ako.

" Ok,stay here ok?? I'll be back agad. " She just nodded and I walk pabalik sa taas.

" What's happening now?!?! " When I get there.

" Ate bei thank god you're here na!! There oh naninira na sya ng gamit. " I walk through Deanna and lumapit kayna Cait.

And when she saw me. She embraced me agad and pilit Kong tinatagtag.

" Why can't it be me?? Ano pa ba ang kulang??!! I've waited for you all this years!! Why bea??? Why?? " Umiiyak nyang sabi.

" Cause you're not Red!! Just go home now!! Deanna pahatid mo na sila. Ok?? ----" And then I heard a commotion down stairs.

" Shiiit!!!! Red!!! " And mabilis tumakbo sa baba. And saw group of people na nagrarambol na. Kaya I go kay Red and thank god she's still there.

" Wanna go home?? " I asked agad

" Last shot!! " And she drink it straight " We can go now.

" Ok " Aalalayan ko na sana sya

" Don't wanna walk" I smile at her and I scoop her gently just like before. She hugs me while her face is on my neck gives me chills.

Namumula akong lumabas ng bar and lay her sa passenger seat. Then I drove na papuntang condo.

Buhat ko lang sya till we get sa unit ko. And
dina nawala ang ssmile ko.

" Hey I'll get some coffee for you ok?? "

" Hmmm k" She's drunk already

I get warm water na din and towel so I can wiped her. I never seen her drunk like this before!! I mean yes we drink a lot sa palawan but never seen her drunk.

Nakapikit lang sya habang nakaupo sa couch.

" Here drink this. Careful it's hot. " Sabi ko pa.

" Hmmm " Her eyes are still close, while sipping coffee.

Then I wipe her ng dahan dahan after she finished the coffee.

" I'll bring you to bed ok?? Sleep kana. " Di sya sumagot and I saw her already sleeping. Kaya binuhat ko na sya papuntang room nya and lay her sa bed.

" Good night Red" Then kissed her forehead before I left her.
