"Mom! Dad! Guess what! Guess what!" Kai excitedly yelled as he rushed inside of the house later at night. "What is it..." Sunshine trailed off as she spotted what kai was carrying.

"I got a fat and mushy cat!" He held it out like the loin king and stu couldn't help but smile seeing how happy kai seemed to be with a very fat and mushy cat.

"Where did you um..get this cat from?" Sunshine questioned, "Papa took to me to the animal shelter. I wanted to take all the animals but Papa said we could only take one which is like very sad because all the animal were sad and then I was sad but I was also happy in the same time cause I got a fat and mushy cat!" Kai ranted

"His name is King Julian, you know, like from Madagascar cause King Julian is my favorite character." Kai continued to ramble

"The cat was free." Billy butted in as he walked into the house, closing the door with his foot as he carried all the cat stuff that he and kai brought for King Julian.

"Uh-huh." Tara emerged from upstairs and gasped ,"we got a fast and mushy cat!?" She rushed over and started to pet the cat who purred in delight.

"What's his name?" She questioned, "King Julian." Kai replied, "Like from Madagascar?" Tara asked, and kai nodded his head. "Yeah."

"He's so cute! Can I hold him?" She asked, and kai nodded, passing her King Julian.

"So, we have a cat now?" Sunshine questioned, looking at Billy with raised eyebrows. "I know I should've talked to the both of you before, but you should've seen him. He was so excited and so happy, and I just... I wanted him to be happy. Look at him," The three of them looked at kai, who was serving King Julian, was food while Tara held King Julian.

"He's happy. Have you ever seen him this happy before, well besides with chad? I haven't, and I have to admit, it's a pretty good sight." Billy told them, a smile on his face.

"Well, having a pet around isn't such a bad idea, plus Tara loves King Julian already. Who knew our twins liked fat and mushy animals." Stu said with a small chuckle

"I have to admit, King Julian is kinda cute, and kai is pretty happy with the fat cat he got. Wait, how extacly did you guys end up going to the animal shelter for a fat cat?" Sunshine questioned, and Billy chuckled

"Well, Sam told kai to take out the trash, and he did, I know I was surprised to. He found a raccoon -" Billy was cut off by Sunshine, "a raccoon?" Billy nodded

"He brought it inside of the house, saying that he was going to keep it as a pet because it was fat and mushy. Anyway, Sam told him to take it back outside, and he was upset about it." Billy frowned ,"I realized, he kinda felt bad because that raccoon didn't have any to love him, and it wasn't so long ago that kai felt like that." He added

"Papa, let's set up that cat house for King Julian!" Billy chuckled ,"duty calls."

It was later that night that everyone went to sleep that kai had woken up in the middle of the night. He felt as if something was wrong. He turned on the lamp that was next to his bed, and he tensed as he spotted Richie sitting in the corner like some creep.

"What are you doing in my room in the middle of the night?" Kai questioned, and Richie sighed before he stood up and walked over to kai.

Kai noticed the knife in Richie's hand, and Richie pointed the knife at him. "I can kill that cat." Richie says as he trails the knife against Kai's jaw.

Kai clenched his jaw, glaring at Richie. "But I won't because you will start killing again." Richie told him

"Or else I'll kill that boyfriend of yours and your cat." Richie threatened, "if you touch them, I will fucking kill you." Kai growled out and Richie chuckled

"If you try to kill me, your whole family is going to die." Richie told him and kai took a deep breath ,"who do you need me to kill?" Richie grinned

"That's more like it. The list is right there. Start tomorrow. You and Amber like it used to be." Richie told him before hiding the knife and walking out of Kai's room.

Kai let out a shaky breath,clenching his fist in anger. He couldn't let his family, Chad, or King Julian get hurt. He will do anything to protect them.

Even getting himself lost in the bloodlust.
