I woke up, making sure my coffee was ready, the maid gave it to me and I drank it one go even if it burned my tongue and throat.

I picked my favorite watch and strapped it on before taking the keys to my BMW X5. I grabbed my phone before I left my room and mansion before entering my car and starting the engine.

I drove to Lloyd Enterprise. Reaching my office I parked my car in front of the main doors, ordered the guard to park my car carefully. Entering the building I felt the gaze of my employees on me and I glared.

Don't they have anything better to do then stare, godamnit!

I entered my somber office.
"Lock." I ordered and the doors locked.
I sat on my leather chair and signed in to my computer. Going through some files

When my phone rang.

"Hello?" I asked, wondering who would call me. Besides dad. But when no one answered I grew impatient.
"Who is this?" I asked, irritated by this nonsense.
I heard a small clearing of the throat before a small voice whispered.
"Dahlia Dior." Dahlia Dior, the woman I'm supposed to marry. She called me. I gritted my teeth when her soft and gentle voice made me so quiet, I wanted to hear her voice again. Then I realized I had been quiet for a long time.

I made my voice strong as steel and cold as ice before answering.

"Dahlia Dior...hmmm...never heard of you." And then I disconnected the call.

I put my phone on silent mode, pushed the vibrate in silent mode and kept it on my table.
