Chapter 15

It was around 9pm when Neil returned from the office. Entering inside the mansion he saw her sitting on the couch using her phone.

Walking toward the hall , he sat on the couch which was in front of her, making Avni who was busy in her phone up her lashes smelling his minty smoky sent. But then she again got busy scrolling through her phone when suddenly she felt water pouring on her head making  her stand with a jerk.

"What...is this behaviour of yours Mr Khanna?" She asked trying to jerk away the wetness from herself.

"Mrs Molly bring my dinner in my room" He said loudly before getting up from his seat and started to walk up the stairs totally ignoring  her words making her look at him with open mouth not understanding that what really happened?

"Huh...you  mad man why the hell you threw water on me??" Avni yelled when she heard someone's voice.

"Because I didnt liked your disgusting smell. " He said standing up on the stairs.

Next day Avni was busy in searching her room when a maid knocked her room.

"Yes??" Avni asked still busy.

" ma'am breakfastis ready." Maid replied.

"Okay I am coming." And maid was going to leave but was stopped by her.

"Wait!"

"Yes ma'am" 

"Firstly dont call me ma'am call me Avni and secondly have you seen my file which I was working on last night. " Avni asked earning a shake from her.

"No..Mrs..Kha..no Avni" she replied making her nod.

"Okay. "

" If it is not in the hall and in my room then where did it go?" Avni mumbled to herself before walking down to the dining table.

After having the breakfast Avni was going to leave for her office when she saw the file kept on the table in the living room.

Oh! Here it is and I was searching. It in the whole damn mansion.

Smiling to herself she left for her work.

In the evening Avni was working sitting in her room as today she was doing  working from home. Don't know why but  she was feeling  sick.

Maybe its because of weakness as I didnt had my food properly from last two days.

Thinking this she sighed to herself when a maid came with her coffee.

"Thank you" Avni said before the taking coffee mug from her hand and was going to take a sip when her phone rang .

"Hello Rosee.." Avni said after receiving the call keeping her file on the table.

"Aviiiii where are you?? I am waiting  for you in the club from last 15 minutes..."Rose said making Avni bite her tongue at she totally forgot about their plan today.

"Rosee...darling..." Avni said in a Sugar coated voice making Rose frown

"Avii..where are you?? Dont tell me that you..." Rose asked  doubtful..

"You just wait an hour and I will be there in a minute." Avni said before cutting off the call.

"Shi*..Avni ki bachi jaldi taiyaar ho jaa warna Rose ne tera kachumar bana ke kutto ne khila dena aa.." Avni mumbled to herself before running inside the washroom.
