I can't believe Maisie has met her dad today after not knowing who he was her whole life she met him and she loves him and he loves her it's amazing to watch hers and rudy's bond bloom into something amazing. We're all sitting down eating talking when suddenly Madelyn speaks up 

Layla I don't mean to be intrusive but how did you manage pregnancy at such a young age let alone giving birth to a baby and still have an amazing figure she says which makes me laugh
it was difficult but I knew as soon as I saw the positive test I knew that I was carrying my baby a part of me and Rudy so I knew I had to step up and be a mom to this beautiful little girl right here and I didn't intend to have a as you said amazing figure trust me it's not amazing I say ruffling her blonde hair which makes her laugh along with the rest of us laugh but Rudy looks at me along with the maddies

And as for the birth question let's just say I don't want to that any time soon let me tell you that but it's not as difficult as everybody else says it is it hurts like hell tho but as soon as you hold your baby it feels like all that pain stops and is replaced with so much love and happiness I say smiling as I look towards mais whos singing frozen songs while she's watching it on the tv after a long debate with drew and jd over who was choosing the movie of course Maisie won

When's Maisie's birthday chase asks  and I laugh her birthday is July 4th she's 2 this year I say smiling remembering all those sleep less nights and all those memories of baby Maisie
She's just had to make such an dramatic entrance into this world huh Rudy says smiling down at his daughter as the rest of us laugh

Layla when's your birthday Maddison says

My birthday is October 17th I say at the same time Rudy says Her birthday is October 17th I smile and continue eating how did you and Rudy meet jd asks which makes us laugh well we met when I was on the beach in Ibiza crying cause I'd just had an argument with my parents about them wanting me to date their friends son and about what I wanted to do growing up then we got talking and went to a bar got to know each other a bit and got super drunk and went to rudy's hotel and the product of what happened next is right there I say thinking back to that night how upset I felt when I got back to my hotel I finished my food I wait until Maisie is finished her food then I take mine and her dishes and wash them once I've finished
I walk back into the dining room and see that mais is playing with rudy and the cast I stand there watching them all interact it's nice seeing mais interact with her father I'm standing there until she sees me staring at her mommy says and runs towards me

Hi baby I say bending down to scoop her up into my arms

Rudy walks up to me

Hey layls do you wanna go out with me and Mais and just spend some time together at a park Rudy asks I look at the time I see that it's only 4:30 so it's still early enough to go to the park hopefully it will tire her out before her bedtime at seven

Yeah sure I'll just get Maisie's shoes and coat on I say as I'm about to go get Maisie ready no it's okay I'll do that you go get ready Rudy says

Once we are all ready we tell the group that we're going out we say goodbye then we're walking towards the closest park which was only twenty minutes away while we're walking we're talking about Maisie and how much she looks like Rudy she has certain bits of me in her but she looks like Rudy a lot more

We get to the park I sit on a Bench with Maisie's stroller next to me rudy goes to play with Maisie I'm watching them I see Rudy go to show mais how to climb a tree which I'm worried about
Mais Ruds please be careful I shout over to them they make it in the tree safely I walk over to them I take a picture of them both in the tree then Maisie wants some help getting down rudy walks over to the bench with me we sit there watching Maisie until I break the silence

Okay ruds how have you been in the last two years you've heard enough about us so what's been going on in your life I ask well as you know
we're filming a show here that's currently looking for someone to play juliette routledge the main characters sister I can get you and audition he says winking at me cause he knows acting used to be my dream before I had Maisie

Yeah no ru i was gonna audition but I don't want to disturb Maisie and I can't ask you to do that plus how do you expect me to be able to be an actress with a one year old I say

Well quite easily i mean you already live here and you'll have us to help with Maisie how about you just audition Rudy asks

Okay I'll do it but I probably won't get the job I say

Thank you he says happily

what else happened in your life ruds I say looking over at Maisie then back to Rudy

Not a lot just stared in a few short films this is my first big role he says as We watch Maisie play for another ten minutes until I look at the time I see that its 5:30 in the afternoon we better start heading back to the apartment because mais is gonna wanna play with her toys before bed I say I've never been the Type of mom to let a screen babysit my child
Okay I'll get Maisie and put her in her stoller he says while walking to Maisie once she's in her stroller I get my stuff I'm about to start pushing her stroller before rudy
beats me too it

We are talking about random things while we're walking back to the apartment once we arrive at the apartment complex I'm laughing along with rudy we just took the elevator Maisie is babbling away to herself in her stroller I get my keys out from my handbag I unlock the apartment door I hold the door for rudy to push  Maisie's stroller in I look in the living room I see that everyone is there which is nice

Thank you mommy Maisie says while I help her out of the stroller
Your welcome baby I say as I place her down and she waddles over to her toys once I sit down we're sat down joking about while having a conversation about how there filming is going Rudy tells the group that he is gonna get me an audition
