𝟙𝟡: 𝕃𝕚𝕘𝕙𝕥𝕤, ℂ𝕒𝕞𝕖𝕣𝕒, 𝔸𝕔𝕥𝕚𝕠𝕟

𝐿𝒶𝓎𝓁𝒶'𝓈 𝒫.𝒪.𝒱

It's been a few days since the table read the others went to they're apartments except Rudy he just grabbed some stuff he'd need I'm not sure why he doesn't like leaving us on our own for long it's probably because he wants to spend as much time with Maisie as possible to make up for the lost time ,it's been a lot easier with his help with Maisie shes grown even closer to him they're never apart from each other , if she's not with me she's with Rudy , my feelings for Rudy well they've gotten stronger I've been trying to push them down as far as they'll go but they just come back stronger, I don't want to tell I'm about these feelings yet incase I ruin our relationship with Rudy for Maisie's sake so I'll just keep pushing them down

Today is the 21st of January the day we have start filming I'm not gonna lie I'm quite nervous I mean I know Maisie is gonna be with people she knows but I'm still gonna miss her, I'm also gonna have to kiss Rudy a lot which is quite nerve-wracking I know we have before but that was like 2 years ago ,I'm just gonna try and stop overthinking it

I've just got Maisie up and dressed once I did that I made us three breakfast as Rudy gets changed I've already got changed and ready for the day, once we've eaten Rudy gets Maisies coat and shoes on once she's ready me and Rudy put our shoes on I get her diaper bag ready while Rudy buckles her in his car
Once I've got everything we needed I lock the door and walk to rudys car he's parked in which has now become his designated parking spot in the lot in front of my apartment building

"you ready Layls" Rudy asks when I get In the car
" yeah I'm ready than you for helping with Maisie" I say
"Your so welcome she's my daughter too" Rudy  says which makes me smile
W continue talking about random things mainly filming while Maisie is sat in back of the car playing with her toys not long into the drive she falls asleep until Rudy pulls into the set parking lot

I decide to get a sleeping Maisie into her stroller while Rudy grabs her diaper bag and my bag she's sleeping as we had to be awake by 5am and on set by 6am
"Let's get this show on the road shall me miss Ward" Rudy says in a fake British accent which makes me smile
"Let's do this mr pankow" I say attempting the same accent he did but failing miserably we walk on set towards our trailers Rudy leads me to mine which is coincidentally next to his I've got the biggest trailer out of us all as soon as we open the door and get Maisies stroller in the trailer I see the cast sat on the couch

"Hi guys" I say quietly as Rudy puts the break on Maisie's stroller
They all greet us as we sit down before jonas comes to tell us our schedule for today
"Layla you excited to film today?" bails asks

"Yeah I'm excited but also nervous" I say anxiously
"The is no need to be nervous I promise" Madelyn says
"Yeah mads is right you've got this" Rudy tells me
"Yeah I'm not so sure about that ru" I say getting up grabbing my script from the basket underneath Maisie's stroller

"Layls you need to relax I mean you've raised a kid , how hard can this be"
Drew says softly

"Well Drew has a point but it's can be hard when your not used to it" jd says as I start reading my script for today as I do I'm quite shocked  today is only the first day of filming how do I already have to kiss Rudy?! Scrap that makeout with Rudy, Oh god this is really gonna help my  feelings for this man , how am I supposed to do this

"Layls what's wrong?"  Carlacia asks me
"Ummm Nothing" I say clearing my throat
"Show us that script" Austin says walking over to where I'm standing holding the script
"Yeah I'm not showing you this" I say blushing holding the script behind my back
"Aww she's blushing" Rudy teases which I send him a glare his way which makes him laugh
I forgot that everyone has the same script just different highlighted lines for they're characters so jd grabs his one as austin gives up which makes me feel so embarrassed

Jd reads the script and looks between me and Rudy
The others look very confused along with Rudy "this is why Layla looked shocked" jd says "what does it say Jonathan" Carlacia says ummm

"Well um let's just say that Jonas didn't give Layla time to join the cast properly" jd says laughing
"This isn't funny" I say pacing the trailer I don't even realise it until Rudy walks up to me and holds my shoulders to stop me "stop pacing now , what's not funny, I'm pretty sure we figure it out"  he says and cue the butterflies that have appeared again in my stomach they should be paying rent with the amount of time they are in my stomach when Rudy's around I pass him the script he reads it closely before he looks up at me and smirks "it's not like we haven't done that and worse before right" he says pointing to where a sleeping Maisie is " ru this is really not helping" I tell him

Which makes everyone else laugh
It's not even a closed set so the cast can watch us record the scene

Jonas comes to my trailer and tells us that me and Rudy  need to head to hair and makeup  before we go to costume as we are the first ones to film our intense make out it was hard leaving Maisie where she's asleep and won't know where me and Rudy are when she wakes up but the cast are with her they are gonna come onset and watch us along as Maisie is quiet Jonas said 

I'm having my makeup done by the makeup artist called poppy and rudys having his hair done by Rebecca then I'll get my hair done while Rudy gets changed after that I'll get changed

We've both had our hair and makeup done Rudy is getting changed and I've walked to the wardrobe trailer Beth one of the wardrobe ladies gives me my outfit which's consist of a white sun dress with some brown heels , my hair is in two braids I've also got simple makeup on

As soon as I'm done I walk back to my trailer to sit with the cast , Rudy and Maisie to wait for Elaine jonas's assistant comes to get us to take us to set ready for filming I sits next to Rudy holding Maisie who's only just woken up

We're all talking when the door knocks as Elaine pops her head round
"Rudy ,Layla you ready" she asks we both nod the cast wishes us luck as the follow us to set with Maisie in Madelyn's arms she's not asleep now but she's awake and laying on Madelyn which is nice to see her comfortable with the cast

We arrive on set and get in place as I feel my nerves rise , here we go this is The time I could make or break my career that hasn't even started, this is also the time my feelings for Rudy could become even stronger...
