An Israeli airstrike launched on Jabalia refugee camp killing hundreds of civilians. NBC News reports that the Israeli military said its attack on the camp killed senior Hamas commander, Ibrahim Biari, who Israel claims to be a key orchestrator of the October 7th attack.
