It is November 13, 2023. Day 37 of the bombardment against the Gaza Strip, and the genocide of the Palestinian people. "The collapse of services and communications at hospitals in the north of Gaza" is delaying the Ministry of Health in Gaza from updating the latest numbers of persons injured or killed, reported the UN (Al Jazeera).
The current death toll sits at 11,078, as of November 10th, 2023. That is, on average, an estimated 320 persons killed daily by Israeli airstrikes and ground attacks since October 7.
Among these numbers are 198 medical staff killed, and 21 out of 35 Gazan hospitals are out of service. Below is a photo taken by Dr. Marwan Abusada, a surgeon at Al-Shifa hospital in Gaza City, where a reported 36 premature infants had to be removed from their incubators as a result of lack of fuel. They are not expected to survive.

On November 8, 2023, thousands of people in Gaza were forced to leave the city, and head south. The Israeli Defense Forces originally reported it as an evacuation of the Gaza civilians. Many Gazan civilians are calling it, the second Nakba. A continuation of the 1948 Nakba, which displaced over 700,000 Palestinians, and perhaps— never truly ended.
