Marinette puts the finishing touches on the previously broken miraculouses, which now take the same form they had before Monarch had his hands all over them. All the Kwamis swarmed their miraculouses in cheer for their guardian, who brought them a new life. Marinette looks over at Alya and grabs the miraculous of the fox. She extends her arm, "Alya Césaire, it would be an honor to fight by your side again, but this time, you hold the miraculous permanently." Marinette says she is confident in her decision. Alya smiles as wide as she can and takes the red and black box before immediately opening it to reunite with her old friend, Trixx. Trixx greets her former holder with a sly smile on his little face. "Now, I have more people to meet," Marinette states, looking at Grand Master Su-Han and Alya. "Are you sure about your decision, Marinette?" Su-Han asks, straightening up, having complete trust in the guardian. "Yes, I lost the miraculous because of having them in my possession; if they're in multiple holders' possession, it would be more difficult to lose them all again." She responds, standing from her chair with her hand across her chest. "We must meet again soon, Marinette Dupain-Cheng, to discuss recent events and future goals." Su-Han sternly states before skipping out of her roof. "Yeah, girl, we do," Alya adds before leaving for the day. Marinette stands in her room alone, looking over at Tikki and the rest of the Kwamis. "Are you going to tell them the real identity of Monarch," Sass questioned as the rest of the Kwamis entered their respective boxes. "I don't think I have a choice, Sass." Marinette answered with a solemn look on her face, "Tikki, spots on."
Ladybug spent her evening returning the miraculouses to their previous holders, Zoé Lee, Nino Lahiffe, Mylène Hapréle, Ivan Bruel, Kagami Tsurgui, Max Kanté, Lê Chiên Kim, Nathaniel Kutzberg, Marc Anciel, Sabrina Raincomprix, and Rose Lavillant. After dropping off the miraculous of the pig to Rose, Ladybug made her way to the houseboat with two holders, Juleka and Luka Couffaine. Ladybug lands and stumbles onto the dock that holds the houseboat and the three residences. She inhales sharply, hoping she won't be thrown overboard by Anarka, their mother. She strolls into Juleka's bedroom and is greeted by the purple-haired slender girl. Juleka looks up at her with a shy smile, "Ladybug, what are you doing here?" She questioned, confused as to why Ladybug would stumble into her home. Immediately, her thoughts begin racing with thoughts of someone being akumatized, but before she can ask more, Ladybug stretches her arm out to her with an oddly shaped box. Juleka hesitates before taking the box, feeling like she has seen something like it before. "Juleka Couffaine, if you will, I would love to fight by your side; you will be in possession of the miraculous of the tiger; you will not have to return it to me this time," Ladybug informs her, assuring her anxiety. Juleka cracks a smile wider than Marinette has seen before, aside from when she is with Rose. She opens the box and is greeted by Roaar once more. "Thank you, Ladybug," she emphasized in a confident tone, more optimistic than ever. "No, thank you, Purple Tigress." She winks and zips out the window that leads outside and loops around to Luka's room, where she assumed he would be. Luka has returned to Paris after the defeat of Monarch since he wasn't in fear of revealing the identities of Ladybug and Chat Noir any longer due to the lack of threat. She lands swiftly into his room, expecting him to be there; shockingly, he wasn't. She scrambled for a second, thinking where he could be if he weren't here. She leaves the miracle box holding Sass on his bedside table, hoping he will return soon.* She swings out the window again and lands on the rooftop where she and Chat Noir would watch the city. She opens her bug phone and looks to see if she has any recent messages from him, to no avail. She sighs and watches Paris for a few moments before heading home.
Marinette lay on her bed, noticing it was getting late; after a long day, she had no new messages from Adrien; she didn't exactly expect him to speak to her since he needed time to grieve his father's tragic death in the way that Ladybug and the Media display it. Tikki, eating a macaroon, notices Marinette's sour expression, "What's wrong, Marinette?" She asks, puzzled at the newfound sadness radiating off her holder. "You defeated Monarch, fixed the miraculouses, and returned them to their rightful holders. granted, you didn't find the brooch, but many positives are happening today!" Tikki exclaims, waving her tiny arms around, expressing her gratitude. "Yeah, many positives for everyone; I'm worried about Adrien and how he's taking the news. "WHAT IF HE BEGINS TO SPECULATE??" Marinette blurts, panic rushing over her. Tikki hugged Marinette's cheek, "Marinette, it will all be okay. You're overthinking. You need some rest. It's been a long day, and it's getting late." Tikki says before Marinette rolls to her side facing the wall with pictures of Adrien plastered all over her cork board. "Yeah maybe you're right and I am overthinking this." She whispers as she drifts off to sleep. Tikki begins to wonder about the consequence of the wish, but keeps it to herself to prevent Marinette from stressing out even more than she currently is.
