Eda waited in the corridors of the Hospital, Kiraz sitting on her knees. She was sure by now that Hospitals were the places she hated the most.

Her breathing was uneven and her knee moved in anxiety. Serkan had to be alright, he couldn't leave them yet again. He couldn't leave Kiraz after having embraced her so dearly to his heart.

Like he had done with her. Loved her so much, kept her so dear to him and one day, just left her.

He couldn't do the same with Kiraz. Her eyes filled. He couldn't die on her. Not after she had fought alongside him for so long fighting for his life.

Her heart still craved and yearned for just one embrace of his, like it once had so terribly. She loved him. So much that even under all the layers of hurt, all she felt was tenderness for him.

"Anne." Kiraz complained at her anxious knee movement.

Eda swallowed, leaning over Kiraz and embracing her, putting her face to the peaking collar of Serkan's hoodie she had made Kiraz wear and taking his scent in as she closed her eyes.

Engin finally walked out of the emergency ward, a few minutes later, and Kiraz could swear Anne rose faster than light's speed.

"Engin ? How is he, where is he, how much hurt is he ?" Eda asked with anxiety marring her face, voice breaking.

"They've taken him for a brain CT scan." Engin informed and Eda held her head.

"Brain scan ? Gerçekten..." She panicked, she hated brain scans with a passion, Serkan had done dozen of them when he had cancer.

It was a brain scan that stared at her face like a mocking knife thrust in her chest the day she found out about his tumor in the caravan.

"Eda, relax. He's alright, it's nothing but scratches. He got lucky he was just the third car that received barely aftershock as the two cars ahead of him crashed into each other." Engin explained, holding her arms, one holding her head, one supporting her lower back in anxiety and sat her down.

"He's okay ?" Eda asked in desbelief.

"Evet, he's just down under. They sedated him because he still split his head so it's really just a tiny stitch. They're just making sure there's no internal damage with the scan. Merak etme." Engin reassured holding her arms and Eda breathed.

"Tamam, can I see him ?" She asked still incredibly restless.

"He's been taken for a scan Eda." Engin repeated.

She was still anxious and Engin feared she would remain so unless she saw Serkan.

Pyril arrived a few minutes later and raged seeing Engin sitting next to Eda and with a hand on hers.

That woman was lucky for her timing, as a nurse came right at the same time signaling she could see Serkan.

"Would you, stay with Kiraz Engin ?" Eda asked, stress still marring her face.

"I will, merak etme Eda. Go to him." He reassured with a hand on her back, he was a big careful with Eda since Serkan had told him everything about her mental health.

"Why are you being so soft with her ?!" Pyril snapped.

"Her child's father has just been in an accident and she is worried out of her mind." Engin exhaled.

"She doesn't seem to give a damn about him usually, what's it to her whether he dies or live." Pyril shrugged.

"Allah aşkina Pyril." Engin sighed with his hands on his hips, he couldn't stand Pyril and avoided confrontation with her these days, they already were impacting Can with their fights and he didn't want to start one infront of Kiraz.
