With the first light of dawn heralding the beginning of a new day, Trunks and Goten, the budding mage students, were suspended in a serene levitation over the tranquil lake outside Baba's ancient dwelling. The soft hues of the waking sky painted the scene with a gentle glow, creating an atmosphere of focused anticipation.

Both students, their eyes closed in deep concentration, were engaged in a unique form of training under the watchful gaze of the venerable Baba. The air around them vibrated with the hum of magical energies as they delved into the practice of seeing small glimpses into the future, a skill that held the promise of strategic mastery.

Baba, a figure of both wisdom and playfulness, stood at the water's edge with a small vessel of water in her hands. A mischievous glint sparkled in her eyes as she decided to test her students' focus and foresight. With a subtle yet deliberate motion, she flicked droplets of water into the air, creating a pattern that would challenge the closed-eyed mages.

Goten, guided by an innate agility and heightened intuition, adeptly navigated the unseen paths of the water droplets. Each movement seemed choreographed, a dance that spoke to his natural affinity for the mystical arts. His closed eyes did not hinder his ability to sense the impending droplets, showcasing a unique blend of anticipation and mystical foresight.

Trunks, his determination etched on his face, faced the challenge with closed eyes, relying on his growing mastery of the magical arts. The frequent missteps demonstrated the difficulty of seeing into the future, but each splash on his fresh-set of clothes served as a valuable lesson in honing this elusive skill.

The levitating duo, eyes shut in intense concentration, transformed the lake into a canvas of magical training. Baba's impromptu lesson, specifically tailored to sharpen their ability to glimpse into the future, unfolded under the morning sun. The closed eyes of the students were not a hindrance but a deliberate choice, emphasizing their commitment to unlocking the secrets of foresight in the pursuit of mastery over the mystical arts.

Eventually, the magical tutor was satisfied with their progress and decided to conclude their lesson for the morning. With a wave of her hand, a small portion of water lifted up from the lake and delved into her small container, waiting to be used for the next lesson. "Alright boys, it's time to head back inside! We need to check on your friend here..." she would yell to her two students still hovering in the air. Finally opening their eyes, Goten and Trunks flew over to the concrete walkway and caught back up to their teacher.

Goten then glanced to his side and got a good look at Trunks, who while still has made significant progress from two days ago, still looked completely *soaked*.

"Looks like I won this time, Trunks!" Goten would yell with glee, mimicking Vegeta's infamous pose of pointing his thumb back to himself. His best friend would moan in frustration, "Well I would have done better if it wasn't so *early in the morning*! I never realized how much I missed Mom's coffee in the morning..."

"We got up this early because we have a full day of training ahead of ourselves. After we check on Uub, you'll be starting the next lesson I have for you two," Baba would say full of anticipation.

"Besides, you only have a couple more days before you two have to meet back up with the others and face this new threat. Every second counts here."

The more energetic Goten and grumpy Trunks followed Baba into her living room where she kept Uub, who laid upon her couch. Beads of sweat dripped off his forehead as a highgrade fever was taking over. Baba hovered her hand over her student and chanted a small healing spell, doing whatever she could for the poor kid.

Baba's incantation filled the room with a soft hum as a warm glow emanated from her hands. The healing magic wove its way through the air, enveloping Uub in a gentle embrace. Goten and Trunks, watching in awe, could feel the energy of the spell pulsating around them.
