Honey, Callie, George, Meredith, and Izzie were all walking from the parking lot to the hospital.

"So I was thinking, since your shift ends after mine and I don't want to have to wait around, maybe I should get a copy of the house key."

"No. I like leaving together. You don't need a key." George says.

Honey wanted to laugh because an hour ago he was asking her and Meredith to kick Callie out of the house. Honey liked having Callie at the house.

Just as they arrive at the hospital entrance. Izzie stops walking causing them to turn and look at her.

"Izzie?"

"I'll see you guys in there."

"Everything's gonna be fine. Bailey is on your side." Honey starts.

"And the Chief is... He is gonna put on his angry face, but he's on your side too."

"Everybody wants you back in that building."

"I know. I know. You guys go ahead, I'll be fine. I'm just gonna take a minute, practice my speech." Izzie tells them.

"Okay," Meredith says.

The group made their way inside the building and headed straight to their locker rooms and Honey was in her scrubs and walking with Meredith and Cristina through the hospital.

"So I'm on my knees in a puddle of coffee and he's lying on the couch, playing with himself. You know, not in a good way," Cristina told them how her morning went with Burke.

"But he's recovering from surgery and you've read the studies on recovery and depression in surgical patients," Meredith said while she walked in between Honey and Cristina.

"Exactly give him some time, that hand is his whole livelihood be a little patient with him," Honey tells her.

"Yeah, but he's not a patient. He's Preston Burke. He's just milking it. You know he's got me fetching his food and the paper and the slippers. Like I'm a dog."

Suddenly the elevators opened and Derek came out, two coffees in his hands, "Hey."

Meredith immediately smiled at the man, "I had a dream about you last night."

"Oh, yeah?"

"Mh-hm."

"What was I doing, bringing you coffee?" the man questioned her, smiling widely as he gave her one of the coffees.

"You were definitely not bringing me coffee. But coffee is good," Meredith shook her head, still grinning.

"I'm told dating starts with a casual invitation over a cup of coffee," Derek told her as he held up the cup.
