Chapter 17

I woke up the next morning with the biggest smile on my face.

I remembered I didn't post anything last night so made up for it, and I was so excited.

DIARY ENTRY | FEBRUARY 23, 2015

I'm so sorry I didn't post yesterday because honestly I didn't feel like it because I got home at like 9 or 10. But I'll tell you all about it well not everything (somethings you gotta keep to myself). So I spent the day with Zach Clayton. (If you don't know who he is look him up on Google) There was so many surprises and Unforgettable moments. Which you guys are gonna hear nothing about. I wish I would but I can't. Sorry.

REALITY

I went in the bathroom and did my daily ruote.

I went down stairs still wearing my night clothes.

"Well you look happy this morning." My aunt smiled at me.

"Yeah, well its a good day."

"How come?" Mandy said.

"Because of yesterday." I smiled at her

"Are you gonna tell us what happened?" Mandy said looking at me weird

"Something's I gotta keep to myself." I grabbed a bowl and the cereal and put it on the table

*Skip breakfast*

I went back up to my room and checked my phone.

And there was a text from Zach.

I took went to my messages.

I closed my eyes and opened the text

I opened it and it was like a mini paragraph.

Zach: I'm not very good at flirting and that stuff. But I'll say something that sounds good...maybe to me idk about you, you might like it.

Zach: It's crazy that we met for the first time and and you ended up being my girlfriend. I know thought I was too forward when I told you I loved you but, I meant it. I ever loved anyone other than my mom and my family. I love you Katie. I hope you wake up smiling to this

Me: I love you more good morning, boyfriend

Me: The 'boyfriend' part was weird....forget that

Zach was probably sleeping because he didn't respond, or he thought weird af...you never can tell with Zach.

Mandy came in my room.

"I saw you on Zach's broadcast last night." She said with her arms crossed and one shoulder on the border of my door

"You did?" I said looking him my draw

"Yeah, I don't appreciate that I told you I liked him and you end up liking him too."

"I like him before I knew you existed." I looked at her

"How does he even know you?"

"One of my friend gave me his number and I called it. I didn't know him very well but...that doesn't really matter. He wanted to talk to me more and yeah that's how it happened."

"Wait you talk to him personally?"

"Yeah, sometimes."

"You where at his house yesterday weren't you?"

"I was with him but at Sonic." I went back to looking for clothes

"So you're telling me you've been at Sonic all day yesterday?" She took a step in my room

My heart started beating fast.

"Of course not all day, but most of the time. Why do you even care?"

"Because I like Zach, more than you do and he chooses you."

"Zach doesn't even know who you are."

"He noticed me before."

"I love Zach, and its hard for me to say that to people. Expescially guys."

"I didn't ask for your love story."

"And nobody asked you to come in my room so can you leave?"

"You're so rude."

"Are you serious right now? You have been a pain in my ass ever since the first night I came here."

"I was being nice to you."

"Being nice, to me? Thanks!" I said sarcastically

"Mandy!" Aunt Peg called from down stairs

"Coming." She looked me up and down then turned around and left

"Thank God." I said softly with a sigh after

I went to close my door and lock it.

I found some clothes and went to take a shower.

*Skips Shower *

I went came out of the shower.

I put on a my black crop top the had the word 'work' on it and some black joggers.

I put my socks on and my black toe Jordan's on.

I went on to my hair

I grabbed a part of hair in the front and wrapped around like a small bun.

I don't know why I felt like dressing like this today but I liked it.

I grabbed my phone and hopped on my bed.

I started taking pictures of myself.

I sent the prettiest one to Zach and Dakota.

Dakota texted me.

Dakota: I like that look on you.

Me: trying something new.

That meant two things, my clothes and Zach. But he thought 'clothes'

Dakota: I can't wait for you to get back

Me: Me either

*End of conversion*

I went down stairs.

"Katie your mom said your gonna go back home tomorrow." Aunt Peggy informed me

"What time?" I asked

"In noon. Like 4ish." She respond

"Can I go to my friends house to today since it's the last day I will see him."

"Sure honey. I gotta for get some groceries today anyway." She said cleaning the kitchen

"Thank you so much." I went back up stairs

I saw a text from Zach.

I got all nervous and excited

I pressed and opened the message.

Zach: Good that you're the face that I wake up to

Me: Awe stop Zach you don't need to make me feel beautiful

Zach: I do 'need' to tell you how beautiful you are and keep reminding you. That's what good boyfriends do

Me: I guess that make it cool ;)

Zach: Yeah

Me: Is it cool if I come over. It's my last day here and I wanna spend my last day with you

Zach: Of course you can.

Me: I'm coming in like 15-20 minutes

Zach: Okay I'll be here

Me: See you soon

Zach: Can't wait
