We eventually went to sleep.
I woke up to Hunter saying goodbye.
"Wait." I sat up
He walked back over to me.
I hugged him so tight.
"I'm gonna miss you so much."
"I'm going to be in a hotel for two more days so we're seeing each other again.". He said
"Oh my gosh really." I let him go
"Yeah."
"We'll hang out tomorrow then?" I looked at him
"Yeah, if you want."
"Okay give me your number." I searched my bed for my phone. "Here." I gave him my phone
He put his number in and gave me my phone back.
"My mom is waiting." He smiled at me
"One more hug?"
"Fine."
We let go slowly let go of each other.
He looked in my eyes and kissed me.
I didn't not like it, it was really good. It reminded me of old times.
"I'm sorry." Hunter winked then left
I sat on my bed smiling and rubbing my lips.
"Katie!" I kept hearing my name get louder and louder until reality finally snapped back to me
"Yeah mom?"
"I'm just checking up on you. Did hunter leave already?"
"Oh, and yeah like just now."
"Awe, shoot I missed that kid. Remember when you guys were boyfriend and girlfriend?"
"Yeah, I remember."
"He was a little cutie and you were a bit weird looking." She laughed
"Mom!" I made a sad face
"I'm just kidding, you were mommy's little angle."
"He liked me for me, not what I looked liked." I smiled and twirling my hair
"Does this mean you still like him?"
"I mean I love Zach, so much."
"You didn't answer the question." My mom smiled at me
"I guess that's a possibility." I coved my face. "Why does this happen to me."
"Well you're in love with Younowers."
"Mom that's not true, I'm only in love with Zach."
"Then that's your one, the other guys are distractions."
"I never thought of it like that."
"I do."
"So Zach is definitely the guy I want to be with and Dakota and Hunter are distracting me from fully committing to Zach." I sighed. "It all makes sense now that I look at it like that."
"See."
"Oh my gosh thank you mom. I gotta text Zach."
"You go do that." My mom said getting up to leave
I grabbed my phone and called Zach.
