The elevator to the parking lot opened and they both came out .

        "Xander you shouldn't have done that." Adrian said

       "Done what? Tell him the truth? I just wanted to bring him back to his senses and there's nothing wrong about what I said to him." Xander said

       "Why are you so stubborn?" Adrian asked getting frustrated.

        "It's the lord's doing." Xander said and entered his car

        "Asshole." Adrian said and entered his own car and they both drove out.

At Columbia University Living Medical Center.

  
Avery was discussing about nutrition and eating habits with some clients.

After that she went to check up on Bree to make sure she was doing fine.
When she went there Bree was rounding up her discussion with some patients.

          "If you need anything don't hesitate to reach out to me and make sure you don't eat anything that will be of harm to you. Rebuke any temptation from the devil." Bree said and they all laughed.

        "Yes miss Bree." They all said

       "Have a nice night rest." Bree said with a smile

       "Same miss Bree." They said smiling back at her

       Bree turned to leave when she saw Avery standing at the door.

       "Hey." Avery said

       "Hey." Bree replied

       "So..." Avery said

       "So... What are you doing here?" Bree asked

      "I came to check up on you." Avery said smiling

      "You came to check up in me. It's already closing hour." Bree said while looking at her wrist watch.

      "Oh... I didn't notice that." Avery said still smiling

       "Look, Avery...... You don't have to do that. I'm fine." Bree said packing up her things

        "Yeah. I know. I just...."

        "I know you're trying to make me feel better but if you continue with this, it will only make me remember what has happened." Bree said cutting her

        "I'm sorry if I made you uncomfortable. Let me go get my stuff." Avery said

        "Okay. I'll be waiting at the parking lot." Bree said and walked past her

 Avery smiled bitterly and went towards her office. She carried her bag and arranged her desk. She switched off the light and closed the office door.

When she arrived at the parking lot, Bree was resting on the car waiting for her.

        "I'm here." Avery said to Bree as she pressed a button from her car key to open the car doors.

Bree smiled and entered the car and Avery did same.

The ride to there apartment was silent because none of them said a thing to each other and no one wants to start a conversation.

Few minutes later they arrived at there apartment. Avery parked the car properly and they came down.

         "I'll make dinner. Go freshen up." Avery said

         "Won't you bath before making dinner?" Bree asked
