making mistakes pt:2

The band has been in California for 3 days and their next concert was in 16 hours
Today is Aaliyah birthday but they celebrated early, Aaliyah is now 17 years old
It's been 24 hours since Aaliyah and Marshall kissed each other by the pool
Aaliyah, Priscilla, DeShaun and Marshall went to the mall one day and Marshall and aaliyah didn't really talk to each other
Aaliyah wanted to talk to Marshall but she just didn't know what to say and Marshall felt like Aaliyah was avoiding him so that made him feel used

Over the past couple days Aaliyah kept coloring her hair, first it was red, then a bright copper brown with blonde streaks and now she dyed it back to black with blonde streaks

One night Aaliyah and Whitney were in their parents room with Bea and Tony, talking and spending time with each other
Whitney was curling Aaliyah hair and putting it into a ponytail

“So aaliyah how do you feel about your new hair color”

“I love my new hair” aaliyah said

“Why do you keep dying your hair?” Tony confusingly asked

“Cause I like to, it's fun” aaliyah explained

“Well I'd like it if you just stick to one color for more than just one day” Tony replied

“Fine, I'm hungry I'm gonna go down to the Cafe and grab some food” aaliyah said

“Ah-ah you're not going by yourself, have someone go with you” Tony said

“Whitney, you wanna come?” aaliyah asked

“No, I'm feeling lazy today, have someone else go with you” Whitney said
So aaliyah went downstairs, and she noticed Marshall by the snack machine

“Hey”

“Hey, what are you doing down here” Marshall asked

“Oh I got hungry so I was gonna head to the Cafe, wanna come with? My dad won't let me go by myself” aaliyah added

“Sure, I could really go for some tacos” Marshall said

“Ooh same” aaliyah replied
So aaliyah called her dad to let him know that she got someone to go with her
Tony didn't want any of his daughters going anywhere by themselves unless someone went with them, for their protection
Marshall and aaliyah ordered their food, sat down, ate and hanged out

“So can we talk” Marshall asked

“Sure what's up” aaliyah replied

“Why have you been avoiding me?” Marshall asked

“What do you mean? I haven't been avoiding you” aaliyah said

“Well you and I haven't spoken since we kissed last time” Marshall added

“Marshall, you know that my dad and Dre have me crazy busy” aaliyah explained

“Look if you're just using me as a rebound just tell me so I don't act surprised when you leave me”

‘Marshall, where is this all coming from?” then aaliyah phone started to ring, Marshall got annoyed so he decided to leave

“Well I better go, your work awaits for you I wouldn't want to be in your way”

“Marshall” aaliyah quietly called out
Aaliyah was left by herself, she paid the bill and went back with her parents

“Hey you guys called?” aaliyah asked her mom

“Yes, guess what?” Bea asked excitedly

“What? What happened?” aaliyah asked

“You are gonna do a cover of Toni braxton songs!” Whitney said
Then aaliyah and Whitney hugged each other and just jumping around
