"Why me?"

Part.9

Hi everyone! So sorry I haven't been active I severed a tendon in my wrist because a cup fell out of my kitchen cupboard and I had  to get stitches, and I had to wear a bandage which  it was really hard to type with my right hand😭😭. Anyways enjoy this part !! (Btw there's a lot of swearing  in this part to read with caution.)

*Colbys POV (carried on)*

"Well if you have a feeling that Sam kidnapped Alexandra then take me to him so I can save her!" I shouted as Jake backed up.

"OK, OK, calm down Mr Brock!" He said chuckling.

I glared at him with rage but I didn't want to lash out on him because I needed help looking for Alexandra. And I didn't want to start beef with him while I was stressed out about Alex.

*time skip*

Me and Jake got into my car and drove to Sam's house, most people in the mafia in LA knew that Sam's house was the house with the most security so me and Jake had to take them down to get to Sam and then get Alexandra back. There was a way around the security but Sam has loads of security cameras and bodyguards so it's not good if me and Jake snuck in we'd get shot immediately and then Alexandra will be under Sam's control for as long as he wants to have her; before he sells her for human trafficking or something bad like that. I'm not cruel like most Mafia Bosses so I'm very fair with the people who work for me and I care about them most of the time.

*Alexandra's POV*

I woke up from a up from a nap and looked around relieved that there was no security guards or bodyguards stood watching over me like creeps. I got out of bed and walked to the window because I wanted to open it to get some air in because it was very stuffy and warm in the room Sam had let me stay in when I hit my head and knocked myself out; I went to open it but I couldn't. Turns out that Sam put a lock on the window so I didn't open it to jump out and run away and escape, or to kill my self so I could get away from whatever shit he  was scheming. I walked over to the door to open it I was very lucky because it was unlocked and so I could probably go walk around because I didn't think anyone was home. I walked down the stairs to go snoop around and I heard faint voices coming from the sitting room. I quietly walked down and poked my head around the corner to try and eavesdrop on the conversation that was happening.

"We need to try and keep that girl under control if we let her run around here when we go to Florida for that business trip she will try and find evidence about us and she could bring down careers and expose us." One man said with a deep voice.
"She won't I'm thinking about bringing her with us." I heard Sam speak, I shiver went down my spine when I heard it. "What was this Florida trip about ?" I said in my head; it can't be good if they want to take me with them.

I heard a bunch of people stand up and walk towards the door I quickly ran up the stairs  to get back into my room before anyone could catch me. I slammed the door hyperventilating over what I heard I immediately broke down in tears because what if my life ended with these fucking douche bags? I was just waiting and praying for Colby or Jake to come and save me because I knew they would. I had a feeling that Colby really cared for me because he was trying to protect me from Sam at the party he threw just a few days before this all happened.

*Colbys POV*
*flash back from his nightmare*

  "COLBY HELP!"
"COLBY HELP ME PLEASE!"
"COLBY HEL—" Alexandra's voice faded out as the car sped off down the road.

I quickly snapped back when Jake tapped me on the shoulder. "Hey Colby are you OK?" Jake asked concerned.
"Y-Yeah I'm fine." I said breathing in heavily. I was still very shaken up from the nightmare I had and I knew it would haunt me until we saved Alexandra. "I think I found away in." Jake said  after circling his house for forty-five minutes. "Where?" I asked. "Umm... through the back we can sneak in at night." Jake said looking through the rear view mirror of the car. I didn't want to drive because I still wasn't feeling very well. "We wait until dark got it." "It'll be the best way we probably won't get caught because no one we'll see us". I said.

*Alexandra's POV*

There wasn't much to do sitting in a room by myself, I kept on walking to the window and looking out of it trying to see if I could see Colby's black Mercedes. I couldn't. I was starting to think about home and how my friends and family were. Especially my mother; I missed her terribly and I just wanted to go home I felt like a prisoner locked in a cage in a hellish purgatory. After a moment of thinking someone walked in, it was Sam. I rolled my eyes and turned away from him again. "OK miss moody what's up with you." He said laughing. "Fuck off Sam..." I said I didn't want to deal with him because I had eavesdropped in on that conversation he was having. "Don't speak to me like that Alexandra." Sam said I could tell he was starting to get angry because I had told him to "fuck off" and because I was mostly ignoring him and I want I wasn't interested in what he had to say. "I'm gonna give you a couple of minutes to calm down then I'll talk to you." Sam said to me as he walked back to the door. "Ok that's fine." I said as I turned to look at him as he walked out of the room. After he left I felt a wave of emotions and I wanted to cry again, I was better off just crying but I didn't want anyone to hear so I just sat there and silently cried waiting for Sam to come back into the room. I was hoping that he would let me go and everything will be OK after but I knew that it wouldn't be that easy. I just walked back to my head and tried to get back to sleep hoping to never wake up again.

Thank you for reading this part! I have a full ending planned out so there will be more parts to this story before I start writing my new story. Btw I'm getting a new laptop for Xmas so I will be working on the rest of this story on there if I can be bothered. There hasn't been any planning for the new story but I think I'm gonna start that again. I also had a lot of motivation writing this part because I've been gone for so long. Anyways have a good rest of your day/night 💋🤍
