what should you do when it all becomes too much,
the pain, the pressure building up day after day
that constant anxiety that never really goes away,
your thoughts just everywhere screaming and pounding every chance they get,
when you try to sleep all of the memories come crashing at you squeezing your lungs taking the air from you, it leaves u gasping clawing at ur chest, neck, legs but nothing gets better, its the same feeling every night.
the feeling thats not only tiring but draining the life from u, each passing second, and all u can do is put up a big smile and through almost shedded tears, shaky voice and wobbly lips say
"im okay dont worry"
