"I believe you are Miss Luna?" A person with a dog head asked, they were currently standing in a hospital hallway
"Uh... yes, that's me" Y/n nodded, a slight confusion on how this... dog knows her name
"I assume you're here for Todoroki Shoto?" At the question, Y/n nodded before raising an eyebrow "How'd you know? Are you a stalker or something?" She stared at him suspiciously
"I assure you i am no sorts, Miss. We coincidentally have some business with you, would it be alright to talk after the visit?" The dog like person asked
Y/n shrugged and monotonously replied with "Ok"
She followed the dog like person and the other two hero which she can't recall their names. One was a short old man and the other wearing a fishlike suit and hat
"Kid, i want to give you a lecture. But before that, you have a visitor" The short old man said to the broccoli boy as Y/n and the dog like person walks in the room
"This is Tsurugamae Kenji, the chief of hosu police" Gran torino introduced, Y/n popped her head behind Kenji "Oh, there you are Todoroki"
"Sensei" Todoroki muttered, happy that his master came to visit him in the hospital, his mood seems to be better now that she's here
"How are you?" Y/n asked, ignoring the others and walking towards Todoroki as he and the others stand up, Todoroki smiled at the question "I'm doing good, Sensei"
"You guys are the UA students that captured the hero killer, right?" Kenji asked
"Yes" Iida replied but then glance to Y/n "However we wouldn't have done it without Y/n-San"
"The captured Hero Killer is in critical condition with burns and fractures and he's receiving treatment under strict guard. You must know, as UA students, that before superpower become the norm, police placed high regard on leadership and standard and decided that "Quirks" should not be used as "weapons". And the heroes, emerged as a profession to fill that gap. The used of personal armed force, and strength that can easily kill someone, such things that would normally be condemned has been publicly accepted. Because the predecessors have uphold the morals and rules. You are not certified, yet you used your quirks without instruction from guardian and caused injury to others" Kenji said, Y/n stared at him deadpan clearly only understanding half of what he said
"Even if the opponent was the Hero Killer, this is complete violation of the rules. Besides the four of you, the pro heroes Endeavor, Manual, and Gran torino... The seven of you must receive strict punishment" Kenji announced
Y/n registered his words in her brain before letting out a loud "Hahhhh?" She stared at him slightly puzzled, pointing at herself "Me too?"
"Hold on a second. If Iida had not help, Native would've been killed. If Midoriya didn't come, they would've been killed. And if it weren't for Sensei, we wouldn't have been able to take down the Hero Killer. No one was aware that the Hero killer had appeared again. But we should've followed the rules and left them there to die?" Todoroki said angrily, obviously displeased with Kenji's word
"So then as long as the end result is good, the rules don't matter?" Kenji asked making Todoroki eyes widened slightly at his words
"It's the hero's job to save people!" Todoroki furrowed his eyebrows as he spoke angrily, raising his voice
"That's why you're a novice. So much for being taught by UA, and Endeavor" Kenji said, Todoroki gritted his teeth "This dog!" He marched towards Kenji before being stopped by Y/n
"Stop it. He's being reasonable" Iida said, trying to calm Todoroki down
"Wait. Listen until the end" Gran torino said
