As i was sleeping peacefully, i suddenly felt a heavy weight on top of me, i opened my eyes to see you staring right at me, smiling. As i groan, flipping over so i could sleep again, when i heard you whine, i looked at you and spoke:
"What is it?"
I said as you continue to look at me with puppy eyes, you said:
”It's my birthday !, you promised me to buy me a dog!”
I groan as i sat up, as you held my finger gently yet tightly, as i wrapped my arms around your waist, leaning onto you as i gave you a quick kiss on the cheek before you kissed me back, i rested my head onto your shoulders as i yawned, i looked at the clock and it was 05:15. I still didn't move as i hugged you tightly, i then pulled you onto my lap as i spoke:
"Fine, one more minute okay?"
I glanced at you tiredly as you nodded.
[ 1 MINUTE LATER . ]
I was already wearing winter clothes and waited near the door as you tried to find the keys, when you finally did, you ran towards me, and held my hand as we went outside.
I looked around while you locked the door, before you practically dragged me, i held onto your hands, we kept walking but stopped for a moment to eat in a small ramen restaurant, after we finished, i paid for the foods we brought as we continued on walking, until we finally reached the pet store.
You then let go of my hand, before i immediately grabbed you by the wrist as we both went inside, you were exploring the pet store, looking at the dogs while i looked at the snakes that the pet store had.
”tuber, look, she's perfect!”
I heard you yelled as i went over to you, i saw you petting a golden retriever with one eye and three legs, the golden retriever was playful and joyful even when it only has three legs and one eye, i looked at the staff and nodded, the staff gave us a thumos up and let us sign the papers to adopt the golden retriever.
After we signed the papers, i gently petted the golden retriever before i carried it, you brought some dog toys and dog food, the golden retriever kept licking me, but mostly my glasses, we then left the pet store, i was holding the plastic bags while you put on the leash onto the dog and its plastic fake leg so it could walk properly, while we're walking, you kissed my cheek and said:
”thank you for buying me star!”
I smiled and kissed back as i looked at the golden retriever that you named star, as we walked and talked while going home.
