chapter 13 - Layla

Isabella's pov:

"No it's not her fault Adrian" I said with a huff

"Yes it is, why did she let you even help?!" He said and Alexander just watched in amusement

"She didn't I made her let me" I said as I reach for the plasters and then summer and Layla walk in and summer groans at the sight

"I didn't mean for him to know and now he's overreacting" I said looking at summer and then getting a plaster out and Adrian snatches it off me

"HEY!" I yell at him and he grabs my hand pulling me over to the middle counter and lifting me up onto the counter

I shriek in surprise

He laughs at me and I glared at him for it , he then places the plaster gently on my finger

"Your so dramatic" I said with a frown

"Only for you love" he winks at me and helps me down from the counter and then Jacob walks in

"Don't call me love" I said and walk over too summer

I practically feel him roll his eyes from behind me

"Okay love" he sarcasticly said and I decide to reply with "your not funny" and at that I hear him laugh

Is there anything I can say that might annoy him when he's in this Jolly mood

"Why's he happy? It's scary" summer said with a funny face and Layla laughed so hard "think he found that guy or something" I laugh

Seeing Layla laugh even when in this hellhole gives me hope

"You know I'm right here ?" He said and I turn to him giving him a strong nod and turn around saying "what a prick ,right?" With a ton of sarcasm

I hear Jacob laugh at the little show he got

"You act like an old married couple" he laughed and I turn and glare at him "we are not a couple and definitely not married and never will be" I spat out

"Of course we will get married!" Adrain yelled as I began to walk out the kitchen

"will not!" I yelled back as summer and Layla laughed at me

"It's not funny he is so annoying when he's in a good mood" I said and that just made them laugh even more

"KILLIAN?" summer screamed

"Yes Mio amore" he yelled back from inside his Room he comes out and sees her and smiles

"Firstly don't call me that secondly I'm stealing Layla for a bit , she better still get paid for it though" summer said and I smirked at her words

"Fine but not too longer " he said and summer smiles skipping too her room we all go sit in there

Gossiping for hours, screaming lyrics and talking about how much we hate all the boys

I feel at home

Like I'm sitting in my room again gossiping to Zoe and summer but now laylas here and not Zoe

It's tragic but I will make it for her

I live because she couldn't

I will not die for nothing.

Never!!

We are soon called down for dinner as we skipped lunch.

"Right I better get going back to work" Layla said and I smiled her "good luck" I wished her and then she walked off as me and and summer make our way downstairs to the dining room
