I've been here about a week and I think everything is going well

The boys parents are great, me and Quinn have been talking a lot while I've been here and we're literally the same person it's crazy

Kayla and Jack have been kinda in their own world I haven't see much of them

But it's been a really great time so far

"Wanna play pool" Luke asked me walking into the living room where I was sitting on my phone "sure" I shrugged getting up

"I'm not good though" I told him "good, that means ima win" he put his arm around me and I rolled my eyes a little at him making him laugh down at me

Luke passed me a cue, set up the balls, and wrote 'Rosie'  on a little chalk board which is what I assume to keep score

It had lots of names and nicknames on there

I started, I got a solid ball in first so that means Luke has to get in the stripes

We played for a while and as a surprise to no one Luke won

He put a tally next to the name Rusty on the board

"Rusty?" I questioned "yeah, you know like oceans 11 and all those movies Brad Pitt's character" he told me "why 'cause you eating all the time" I laughed a little "yeah" he replied

The two of us played for a while then we went to the kitchen

Kayla and Jack were sitting there talking

"There you guys are" Kayla looks over at Luke and I "we were gonna go wakeboarding you guys wanna come?" Jack asks "sure" I nodded and Luke said yes too

Jack said they already asked Quinn

All of us put on our bathing suits and got a towel and went to the boat

Kayla and I sat next to each other, Quinn was driving the boat and Jack and Luke were sitting across from us, all of us were joking around and talking and listening to music

Once we got to the middle of the lake we all took turns wakeboarding

It was so funny when one of us would wipeout but everyone was having a good time

After a while we went closer to the dock and just swam around

When it was getting later we went inside and Mrs.Hughes was making dinner

All of us went to get changed into dry clothes then came down and had dinner together

This was the first time all of us were sitting together at a table

I was kinda nervous, I mean I've met their parents individually but now we're all here together

I sat next to Luke across from Jack Kayla and Mrs Hughes

Quinn and Mr Hughes we're on the ends of the table

Their parents started with me and I was absolutely shitting bricks

"So Trinity, how's your family been?" Ellen asked me "they've been good, my mom still owns the bakery and my dad is still working construction, my brother had a baby three years ago like right out of university, and now he's working with my dad" I told her "oh that's great, is he still with Lydia?" She questioned "yeah she's the mom" I nodded

"do you do anything for work?" Jim questioned

"Yeah, kayla and I have a YouTube channel and we make challenge videos or just like documenting what we did that day and we make money from that, but New York is expensive so I also work at my moms Bakery part time" I explained

"Oh, that's nice. Do you play any sports? I remember you used to do figure skating" Ellen asked "yeah I've been kinda busy so I haven't been playing anything or skating recently" I replied shrugging

"How did you meet Luke?" Mr Hughes asked me "Kayla got me tickets his first game for my birthday and i saw him and told Kayla I thought he was cute so she waved him over then later that night I met up with my brother and we saw eachother again so I waved at him and he came and talked with us then asked for my number" I explained

"Lukey making moves" Quinn said looking over at Luke who smiled too but his looked kinda shy

Now it was Kayla's turn she got asked questions completely different from mine asking almost everything about herself

After dinner I helped Ellen with dishes

Then I went to the living room where Luke was sitting on his phone

I sat next to him and he put his arm around me

"Dude, I was so nervous they probably think I'm a weirdo or something" I sighed "what?" He laughs a little "that went so well, they like you a lot" he told me and I looked up at him

"Trust me Trin, they like you, my mom especially" he told me

The sun was starting to set

"Wanna sit on the dock?" Luke asked me "yeah" I replied and the two of us got up and went to the dock

We sat on the edge and watched the sun go down together with our feet in the water
