LAFAYETTE CEMETERY

In Kol's playhouse, Rebekah and Kol are holding both of each other's hands as they do a spell to try to heal Kol using a clay golem as they're surrounded by lit candles. Kol channels Rebekah's power and mutters the incantation]

"Voltre mezino cadau. Voltre mezino cadau." Kol chanting a spell

Suddenly, Kol gets a piercing ringing sound in his ears as his nose starts to bleed again. He angrily lets go of Rebekah's hands and swipes many of the materials off of the table and onto the floor as he yells in frustration. Rebekah looks at him sympathetically and reaches out to rub his arm.

"NO!"

"Calm down. You need to keep your wits if you're to beat this."

"Haven't I told you witches that doing any kind of ritual is banned here? or have you all forgotten what had happened 10 years ago," The girl stands in front of both of them, "Or do you need a reminder?"

Rebekah looks at the girl and smiles, "Akane!" 

"Who the bloody hell are you?" asks Kol, he turns to her sister, "You know her Rebekah?"

"Rebekah?" the girl says, the tension leaving her shoulders

"Yes! It's me!" she says and Akane engulfs her into a hug.

"You know each other?" 

"It's a long story," says Akane

Akane leaves Rebekah and Kol after a few minutes to let them do the ritual, and as she is not a normal witch she is not of any use there.

She walks aimlessly, wherever her feet take her, she takes a turn into a deserted alley when something hard hits her head, and before she can unceremoniously fall on the ground, a strong pair of hands catches her, and all she hears before falling unconscious, is a man saying with a gruff voice,

"Long time no see... Akane" 

Then all fades to black.
