Iwato shot the ball forward and Aphrodi got into position, lining himself up with the ball and receiving it. Then kicking it higher with a trail of gold with Hiroto receiving it. Back and forth Aphrodi and Hiroto kicked the ball, creating a cyclone with Golem in the middle.

"America's team can't touch the ball!" the commentator said.

Chia went over the files while studying English, and also watching the match in front of her.

"I'm telling you Kidou," Chia says in Spanish, missing her mother tongue, "Why does Japan need 3 goalkeepers? You're already favouring the captain so the other two are useless! I get why you'll have one as a spare but they'll still be benched 90% of the time!"

"To be completely honest with you," he took a sip of apple juice, "I don't know either, our coach can be confusing at times,"

"Your coach seems to be the type who includes everyone so they won't feel left out,"

"Isn't that a good scenario?"

"Not in this case. I'd rather be not chosen than be benched the entirety of my life."

"There's some truths in that," he took another sip, "Continue your work,"

Chia groaned.

The table was as long as the couch. On Chia's side to the left, the papers were scattered everywhere with no sense of organisation on where the player's files were, or where the English activity books were. Compared to the right side where Kidou is, he is organised in piles and a computer in the middle, going through the database.

She doesn't know why and how a printer got in here. But Chia has to go and collect the papers that Kidou printed off and organise them on his desk in chronological order.

He didn't care if Chia's desk was messy, as long as his side was unharmed.

"Also, some of the players are a copy and paste," Chia continued while reading over the player files, trying to come up with more strategies to make Japan win. They have the closest chance of defeating Orion, unfortunately, she knows Spain's time is running out (Chia would like to think it's because she's not in the team).

"What do you mean?" Kidou stretched and straightened his back from typing.

"I'm saying that 3 people could have the same skill, while one has the same but more. Each skill overlaps each other. Not only that, but some players are only good for one thing then you'd switch them out," Chia blew her bubblegum to size and then popped it. She offered a gum to Kidou but he refused.

"The Japan team is different. Unlike Spain which all specialises in strength, then each player branches it out in their skill. Japan's strength is their uniqueness, how each player can provide something different," He snapped his fingers so that Chia would look at him.

He resumed, "Imagine it as a Tetris game, you use the same few pieces over and over again but it's the combination that counts. You might need 2 of the same kind to fill in the missing space and so on and henceforth."

"Huh, that's smart. But it's still weird to me,"

"It's weird how Spain only specialises in physical," Kidou retorts, typing in his computer.

"At least there's me and Chico to back it up with speed,"

"Well, you're gone from the team and Chico is not known much for speed, mostly strength. I would say that losing you is a big knockdown for them,"
