things weren't looking good for Piper first Black Cat got away the files, then Ruby found out her secret identity and now her team was getting their asses handed to them by Cardin Winchester and his team in combat class, before the battle began pip gathered her teammates in a huddle "ok Cardin's team is pretty strong but I think I have a plan.."

"shut it nerd I don't take orders from you" Flash abruptly cut her off before storming away as Pip explained the rest of her plan to Harry and Gwen, once the bell rang to start the battle both Harry and Gwen ran off in opposite directions

"wait guys what about the plan" Piper yelled as she charged Cardin alone using her superior speed to dodge his attacks and get a hit in when she saw an opening of course she always kept things unremarkable to avoid suspicion

"Sorry Pip but I think my plan is better" Gwen said as she fought with another member of Cardin's team, the rest of the team was doing something similar Harry was swinging his flame sword aggressively while leaving his defences open, it didn't take long for team POST to start arguing amongst themselves and this led to them getting in each others way, it didn't take much time before the match was called with team CRDL as the winner

after combat class Piper went and found Ruby who was walking back to her dorm with her teammates "Hey I need to talk to you about that thing from last night" said Pip in a half whisper trying her best to not seem suspicious

"oh sure thing pip" Ruby said as she turned to the rest of her team "You guys go on without me I'll catch up in a minute, Piper and I just have to talk... strategies y'know team leader stuff"

"sure thing Rubes meet you back at the dorm" Yang said as her and the remaining teammates made their way down the hallway

Pip pulled Ruby into an empty classroom that was rarely in use, Ruby sat down in one of the chairs and eagerly awaited Pip's explanation "So you said you'll explain everything right, like how you can do all that stuff with the webs and the wall-crawling and the beating up bad guys like kapow!" Ruby said jumping in her seat silver eyes gleaming

Piper leaned against the wall "alright let's start at the beginning, one year ago I was bitten by a radioactive spider while on a tour at Oscorp, that spider bite mutated my DNA giving me the abilities of a spider I can walk on walls I have the proportional strength of a spider and I have this weird feeling in my head that warns me of danger"

"ok so that's how you got the powers, but why do the whole superhero thing" asked Ruby

pip let out a chuckle "Getting there, when I first got these powers I actually used them to win a wrestling match it was something like survive 5 minutes with the crusher and win 300 Lein, but due to me knocking the guy out in 4 I was cheated out of my winnings, when I was making my way back home a guy ran past me shortly followed by a police officer he asked me why I didn't stop him I told him it wasn't my problem gods I was so stupid I was bitter about that stupid money, when I got home I was greeted by my aunt may crying accompanied by a couple police officers my uncle Ben tried to stop a guy robbing a convenience store got shot died instantly, next thing I know I'm chasing police cars on rooftop trying to make it to the murderer before they did I wanted revenge, when I eventually corner the guy in some warehouse I grabbed him by the neck I wanted him to suffer I wanted him to feel the pain my uncle Ben felt but when I looked him in the eye I saw the guy I let get away and then I realised I had the power to stop him but I didn't I was irresponsible, after that I webbed the guy up and left him for the police, that was the night I learned with great power comes great responsibility, that was the night I became Spider-woman" Pip let out a long sigh after recounting that night

she hoped that Ruby wouldn't view her differently after learning the truth but before she could finish that thought she was tackled by Ruby who burst into rose petals to hug her "I think he'd be proud of who you've become" she smiled

"I like to think that too" Pip said hugging Ruby back

that night while Swinging through Vale Spidey noticed strange lights at the power plant and that the lights around her were flickering on and off, she quickly web swung over there landing on the roof of the building "ok now to find a way in and stop this freaky light show" Spider-woman found a skylight and managed to open it she then began to crawl along the roof and that's when she saw a figure standing in front of the main generator powerful streams of electricity was flowing into the figure from the generator, he had a green boiler suit on with pieces of armour over the top the most notable thing about him was his mask that covered his entire face that had three lightning bolts on the front going around the mask

"well well well I never knew you were into the rave scene Electro" Spidey quipped as she descended on a webline

"should have known you'd show up wall-crawler, you always want to spoil my fun, but this time you're in my territory" Electro laughed as he sent a bolt of electricity at Spidey knocking her into the wall behind her

"I seriously need to stop letting bad guys deliver their one-liners" Spidey chuckled as she web-zipped onto the roof dodging multiple blasts from Electro before webbing up her fists and launching herself towards the green-clad supervillain She hit him with a couple of punches before he let out a massive burst of electricity knocking her a couple metres away

"you never know when to give up do you!" Electro panted "Let's see how you handle 100% of this power" Streams of electricity began to flow into Electro as he began to float off the ground "Now this is power!" He yelled as sent several blasts towards Spidey

"what are you doing, you'll overload yourself" Spidey called out she didn't know exactly how his semblance worked but she knew he couldn't handle this amount of electricity it was enough to power the whole city and he'd taken all that into his body, she jumped onto the wall and began running straight at him she shot two web lines at him and began to swing Electro in a circle "I hope this works" she then slammed him into the main generator forcing him to take in the rest of its power and with one last blast of electricity Electro collapsed onto the floor

"T..total wipeout" he coughed as he passed out

"phew glad that's over" Spidey sighed as she brought him outside and handed him over to the police she accidentally zapped one of the officers "Hehe whoops must be static" she laughed before she web swung away

Dr Conners was in his classroom looking over many files scattered across his table "Yes yes with these I should be finally able to finish my research, hiring that cat burglar was the right call, hmm Parker always was a keen mind I won't let it go to waste, his daughters in my class isn't she, she's a bit lazy but I can tell she's every bit as brilliant as her father, she should be able to decode some of these sequences with her help I could get this done in half the time" he said as he swirled a test tube of green liquid that had sparks of blue as it moved
