The joy that we once shared,
Now only echoes a memory.
The love that's since disappeared,
Is all that lives inside of me.
The smile that now faded away,
The sparkle that once burned bright,
That once took a hold of us,
But now cannot win this fight.
The memories we made,
The memories that we shared,
Is all we have left of us,
And all that can be spared.
