Forming a pact

Minoa looked at her and said, Why not take your human form so we can talk, Vicenoc? The dragon closed its eyes and took its human form and said, nobody has ever matched me in battle, much less defeat me using a pebble... who are you? I look at her and said, We will get to that in a minute, extend your arm towards me. Vicenoc held out her arm and Minoa placed his on top of hers and said, the pact is complete, we are now a team, I'll call for you when I need you. 

Now to answer your earlier question, my name is Kitori Minoa, but just call me Minoa. Vicenoc looked at him and asks, that technique, with the pebble? Minoa smiles and said, I just passed a bit of my magic into it and then threw it. Vicenoc asked him, how much is needed? Minoa bends down and grabbed a handful of pebbles in each hand then said, take some and practice. Start by putting little bit into each one every time, then throw it as hard as you can at the trees around us, increase the amount of magic power you put into each pebble as you progress.
