As the sun dipped below the horizon, casting long shadows across the bustling streets of Mayur Vihar, I found myself standing at a crossroads, poised on the brink of a new beginning. The weight of uncertainty hung heavy in the air, mingling with the sweet scent of jasmine that wafted through the evening breeze. With a heavy heart and a sense of trepidation, I bid farewell to the familiar streets that had been my home for so long, each step forward a testament to my unwavering resolve to forge a new path.

With parents by my side I finally decided to shift to the new prospect that was about to open a new page in my life, I along with my mother started packing...it took me two days to pack all that I had............My landlord helped me book the truck................with my children by my side, their small hands clasped tightly in mine I decided to move ahead. Bidding good bye to Megha was not easy for me and how can I forget Zahir whose gesture filled me with courage to move out of that cruel relation that I bore all these years on my chest. I called Zahir and told him about my new job and how happy was that I was finally moving towards the mountains...................something that I always dreamt of.........

Zahir was happy and he even paid visit before I left Mayur Vihar. He met my parents and I gladly introduced him. Somewhere the love, care and warmth that he showered on me in the beginning of the relationship laid the foundation of my new life. Though the journey ahead was fraught with uncertainty, but as I looked into the innocent eyes of my kids, filled with a mixture of excitement and apprehension, I knew that I could not falter. For their sake, I had to be strong, to face whatever challenges lay ahead with courage and determination. No doubt it was a battle that I was fighting all alone.

As the bus pulled away from the curb, leaving behind the familiar sights and sounds of the city I had called home for so long, a sense of nostalgia washed over me. Memories of laughter and tears, triumphs and tribulations, danced through my mind like ghosts of the past, each one a reminder of the journey that had led me to this moment.

But amidst the bittersweet reminiscence, there was a glimmer of hope, a flicker of anticipation for the future that awaited us in Dehradun. With each passing mile, the weight of the past began to lift, replaced by a sense of liberation and possibility. Though the road ahead would undoubtedly be fraught with challenges, I knew that with each step forward, I was inching closer to a brighter tomorrow.

As we arrived in Dehradun, the verdant hills and lush greenery welcomed us with open arms, their beauty a stark contrast to the concrete jungle we had left behind. The air was crisp and clean, imbued with the scent of pine and cedar, a soothing balm for the soul after the suffocating heat of Delhi.

With renewed determination, I set out to build a new life for myself and my children in this picturesque city nestled amidst the Himalayas. The job interview at DAV Dayanand Vihar loomed large on the horizon, a beacon of hope in the midst of uncertainty. Though the prospect of starting anew was daunting, I faced it with a sense of courage and resilience, knowing that with each challenge overcome, I was one step closer to fulfilling my dreams.

As I settled into our new home, a modest apartment nestled amidst the rolling hills, I felt a sense of peace wash over me. The trials and tribulations of the past were behind us, replaced by the promise of a brighter future. With my children by my side and a newfound sense of purpose burning within me, I knew that together, we could weather any storm that came our way.

And so, as the sun dipped below the horizon, casting long shadows across the tranquil landscape, I embraced the unknown with open arms, ready to embark on the next chapter of our journey with courage, determination, and unwavering hope
