Mia's POV

"What are you hiding Mia-chan?" Kakashi asked in an almost intimidating tone. I only stared up at him trying to think of a response before he suddenly chuckled slightly almost darkly making me relieved.

'he was joking...' I thought to myself almost sighing in relief. I was glad he didn't press this subject any further, I couldn't afford anyone else knowing about this. I only told Neji because I trusted him and I knew he wouldn't tell anyone.

"relax Mia-chan. I'm kidding" he muttered giving me his signature eye smile. Suddenly his smile dropped before he continued in almost dark tone. "Or are you perhaps indeed hiding something?" I didn't let that affect me so I smirked slightly before replying sarcastically.

"Yes. I'm indeed hiding something" he looked at me with anticipation though he tried not to show it. "I come from a dimension where people use horseless carriages and flying machines as a way of transportation" I continued blankly indicating my sarcasm.

"Haha so funny Mia-chan" he muttered in a bored tone completely oblivious that I was actually telling him the truth. "Anyway it was nice chatting with you Mia-chan. I'll see you la-"

"My eternal rival!" a very familiar loud voice interrupted Kakashi. I looked behind me only to see team Gai approaching us. I averted my eyes to look at Neji and he was already staring right at me. "Ah Mia-chan. I see you've finally met my long time rival" he enthusiastically exclaimed hanging his arm around Kakashi's shoulder, I glanced at Kakashi and he looked bored almost done with Gai's antiques making me amused at their interaction.

"Oh I sure did afterall he is my new sensei" I replied to him. he widened his eyes slightly before smiling widely and looking at Kakashi.

"So you have youthful Mia on your team huh Kakashi? What do you think of my student?" I smiled widely when I heard him say that, I was honestly slightly surprised that he considered me one of his students afterall I only accompanied them during their training that's all.

'that is so sweet of him' I thought to myself smiling brightly at him. "She's great isn't she?!" He praised me enthusiastically making my smile even wider and I could feel my cheeks gain heat because of his compliments.

"She's okay..." Kakashi voiced out almost bluntly offering me one of his eye smiles. I looked at him almost glaring my smile faltering a little. 'What a jerk...' I thought to myself before I smirked slightly at Kakashi an idea popping into my head.

"You know Kakashi-sensei, Gai-sensei has told me so much about your rivalry. You know the 49-50 score and everything. So..." I noticed the bright look on Gai's face and how Kakashi's only visible eye slightly widened making my smirk wider. Kakashi kept staring at me almost pleadingly slightly shaking his head before I mockingly offered him an eye smile continuing further.

"I thought maybe it would be a great idea to witness your contests in person" I held in my chuckle when Kakashi rolled his visible eye before glaring at me.

"What a great idea, youthful Mia! Come on my eternal rival! let's settle this!" Gai enthusiastically exclaimed earning a so done look from his supposed rival.

"Well as much as I would love that how about another time? I believe Mia has had a long day and maybe it's time for her to go rest and be prepared for our tasks tomorrow. Right Mia-chan?" He voiced out almost threateningly giving me his signature eye smile.

"How considerate of you Kakashi sensei. But don't worry about me, I'm completely fine" I muttered smugly smirking at him slightly.

"Come on Kakashi! Let's not disappoint Mia-chan. Or are you perhaps afraid that you might lose to me again?" Gai teased him. Kakashi half heartedly glared at him before replying.
