Fair warning, this is gonna get brutal And I mean it

Narrator point of view

A few hours after the battle with muscular  izuku was rushed to see medical care. The Mandalorian trial went well. The Duchess was able to convince the Republic that a military force was not needed on her planet however, there was bad news muscular had managed to wake up before the separatist forces could get to him. He disappeared, ready to have another rematch another day.

The Republic was hopeful that they were able to find  Mustard but he made a run for it too. It looked like he regained consciousness during the fight and realising that he couldn't help. He decided to make a break for it which planned out he dropped his gas mask gear though so he wasn't able to use his powers and the Mandalorian armour was taken in as well. Perhaps the Republic could find some use for it or perhaps Izuku who now had to come up with a whole new suit, because, during his fight with muscular his clothes were completely destroyed

But that was a problem for another day  Mustard had to be found, he could not be allowed to reunite with the deathwatch or adverse with another criminal element, so the Republic ordered his capture now that he couldn't use his poisonous gas without hurting himself, the authorities thought it was going to be easier to catch him, but they were soon proven wrong. They did catch him just not as they hoped.

A few hours before  Mustard Was found he was running in a dark alleyway, desperately trying to get away. He looked absolutely terrified. He was bleeding from his leg and his stomach as he held in the blood with one arm, and holding his gun on the other, he pointed it down the alleyway and shut off three more shots.

But the figure chasing him the bullets just went straight through him: you have an illness... Like me

Mustard who actually sounded scared: you freak get away from me!

The figure : don't be afraid I'm going to cure you, just like I cure them back in Whitechapel

The figure grew closer, and it was revealed that he was wearing a top hat and a leather coat similar to what they wore back in the dark ages on earth, the man carried a large knife, and he drew ever closer to the teenage villain who shot his gun off again, but once again, the bullets went straight through the figure, almost as if he was made out of smoke itself

The figure then threw his knife right into the teenage villain, causing him to fall to the ground. The man then climbed on top of  Mustard pull his knife out and proceeded to stab him repeatedly while laughing maniacally, almost as if this was some sort of joke

The villain tried to fight back, but he soon died because of the blood loss. The last thing his eyes could see was the twisted smile of someone that was supposed to be dead long time ago... Jack the Ripper had made his next victim.

Okay now to clarify a few things, the reason why I'm bringing Jack the Ripper into this is because well someone made a theory in my hero universe that quirks have been a thing since the dawn of time in that universe of course, they only discovered it later, because it came more frequent, and I thought to myself that sounds like an interesting theory. I want to include that in one of my fan fictions

Something that's also always struck me as odd in my hero universe is that why is it that some quirks give people the appearance of like mythical creatures like dragons or fairies. I mean it's not like those are actual animals in the animals kingdom so I was just thinking what what if my hero universe what if dragons were where people with heteromorphic type powers and obviously because people back then couldn't understand that concept, they just proceeded them as another species look it makes sense in the long run. I mean think about it. How exactly does a quirk even work I mean what defines it
