Someone that was supposedly long dead have superpowers before they appeared

It's not impossible for that theory to be true it's just... Well let's just say that it would really really bring a lot of dark things back to the surface in the present of my world I just say that if this theory holds true then things would be explained like the Pied Piper and how Salem burnt to the ground after a witch trial but regardless whatever way it is this person is dangerous they had training and know how to use their powers
