Two years had passed, and everything had changed in the house. The once-quiet home now buzzed with the sounds of laughter, mischief, and the adorable noise that came with raising children. Haseena, lovingly called "Baby" by her brothers, had become the center of attention. Her presence lit up every room she entered, and her innocent smiles were the highlight of the day.
Haseena, now a lively 2-year-old, was lying on her small bed, playing with her favorite teddy bear. She would toss the soft toy in the air and giggle, watching it fall back down. Occasionally, she threw it across the room, a mischievous glint in her eyes as she waited for her brothers to pick it up.
Veer, now 9 years old, was the first to notice. He shook his head in mock frustration but couldn't help but smile at his younger sister's antics. "Haseena, yeh kya kar rahi ho tum?" he whispered, walking over to pick up the teddy that had landed a little too far from the bed.
Vansh, at 5 years old, joined in, running excitedly to grab the bear. "Haseena ko to apni masti karne ka bahut hi accha time mil gaya hai!" he exclaimed, shaking his head but still smiling.
Haseena, completely oblivious to their complaints, looked up at her brothers with sparkling eyes. As soon as Veer handed her the teddy again, she gave him a mischievous look and tossed it away once more.
Veer rolled his eyes but couldn't stop grinning. "Tum dono ki behen hai, sach mein... kabhi na sudhregi!" he teased, picking up the teddy once more and walking back to her bed.
Vansh, always quick to join in, winked at Veer and then at Haseena. "Arre, Haseena toh waise hi humse kaam karwata hai, jaise ki humein pata na ho!"
Haseena giggled, clearly enjoying the attention. Her tiny hands reached out for the teddy again and, without missing a beat, threw it even farther than before, watching her brothers scramble.
Ammi and Abbu were standing by the door, watching the playful scene unfold. Ammi smiled softly, her heart full of warmth as she watched her children. She looked at Abbu, whose eyes shone with the same pride.
"Yeh Haseena... kabhi bhi apne bhaiyon ko chain se baithne nahi deti," Ammi said softly, her voice full of affection.
Abbu chuckled, shaking his head in agreement. "Haan, par iski masoomiyat hi toh sabse zyada pyaari hai."
Meanwhile, Veer, now on his knees and holding the teddy, turned to Haseena with a playful look in his eyes. "Ab toh mujhe lagta hai ke tum dono ko apni shaitani ke liye puri duniya ko kaam par laga dogi!"
Vansh joined in with a mischievous grin. "Aur Haseena ko toh ab hum hi samjha rahe hain ke apne bhaiyon ka dil kaise jeeta jaata hai!"
Haseena, her eyes twinkling, reached out for the teddy one last time and, just as expected, tossed it in the air again, sending it flying across the room. Both Veer and Vansh sighed in playful exasperation, but there was no mistaking the love they felt for their little sister.
Ammi and Abbu stood watching the scene, knowing full well that these moments-these small, chaotic, yet beautiful moments-were the ones that made life truly precious. As the laughter of their children echoed in the house, it felt like everything was right in their world.
