if they don't immediately improve the economy now, the Soviet Union will experience again another era of stagnation like in Brezhnev Era or like in 90s and the next plan is to make contact with the citizens of this planet, request information from them and carry out economic and security cooperation with them, and another information is the first country seems to have very large food self-sufficiency and we might be able to work with them to import additional food commodities for the Soviet Union, then the other again, they may have barren land but they have very rich mineral wealth such as Iron, nickel, and other minerals that very abundant in number and there is even a brownish black river which seems to be oil

General Secretary Vasily Zhukov was quite interested in the idea of this collaboration, even though it had a fairly high risk of the Motherland being attacked by a country that had a medieval- era ideology but it seemed they are not as widespread as one might think, After all this is very beneficial for the progress of the Soviet economy and to spread socialism once again and General Secretary Vasily Zhukov immediately ordered the Soviet Foreign Ministry to prepare Soviet Diplomats in two or three days with an escort from 2nd Ulyanovsk Carrier Battle Group that consist of SN Ulyanovsk aircraft carriers, SN Admiral Lazarev battlecruisers, SN Oktyabrskaya Revolutsiya cruisers, SN Valery Sablin and SN Admiral Basisty (fictional ships in Lider-Class) destroyers, SN Admiral Gorshkov and SN Admiral Spiridonov Frigates and a logistic support vessels
