New Comintern Pact or in short as the NCP, is an Economic and Collective Defense Pact founded by the Soviet Union, Qua-Toyne and Quilla in 1639 (2024)
Currently, the New Comintern Pact has 11 members, with 3 members is the founding member of the Pact, and the Soviet Union as the leader of the Pact and one of the founding members
The NCP's main headquarters is in Moscow, Russian SFSR, Soviet Union, it's main headquarters building is the former COMECON main headquarters building which has been unused since the Soviet Union moved to the New World
