Pouting Carolina sat at the dinning table watching her daddy flip the omelet and bring her in a plate with toast and fried potatoes.
"Eat fast – your granny will be here," Jungkook informed and went to make some more for himself.
It was already noon and they were having breakfast pretty last since it was a Saturday. Despite being a Saturday Tae was in office attending a meeting. He had recently changed his job and was now getting paid much more than Jungkook could ever pay him.
Since it was Carolina's vacation, they were back in their old home spending some quality time there. Tae had gotten used to their other home but he missed this house dearly. So much had changed in 5 years.
So much.
Namjin were finally engaged.
Yoongi and Hope had adopted 2-year-old boy 6 months back. Finally, Carolina wasn't the only kid. She was so fond of that boy that most of her vacation was spent at their house.
PJ and Jimin had eloped and gotten married last month. Their families were fighting so much over their wedding that PJ almost kidnapped Jimin and well – they got married in a countryside church just the two of them.
Jungkook looked at his phone thinking its Tae but it was PJ saying sorry for the millionth time.
"I am never talking to that woman ever," Jungkook put his phone aside and began to butter his toasts.
Carolina chuckled and knew who it was. Jungkook passed her the juice and sat with her eating.
"I am sure she had a reason," Carolina, obviously defending her favorite aunt.
Jungkook put the toast down and took a sip from Carolina's juice, "Don't defend her.
Rolling her eyes, Carolina whispered, "You are such a bully."
"What?" Jungkook shouted baffled.
"Nothing daddy," she batted her eyelashes and smiled sweetly, "Don't get mad at me because of Appa."
Now Jungkook rolled his eyes.
"Speaking of bullies – your teacher called your appa that day and that day and said something about you my dearest daughter. You have been bullying the bullies in your school. Seriously!"
Carolina shrugged staring at the toast as if it was a diamond piece, "Someone needs to teach them a lesson. The teachers weren't doing anything. So I thought of meddling. You know Daddy - I am like Batman. I am BatGirl."
Jungkook was speechless. Carolina wasn't even 10 and that's how she was talking - that's how her mind was processing facts. What would happen once she becomes a teenager?
Mrs. Jeon's face flashed in front of Jungkook and he remembered what she whispered in his ears, "Karma is coming back to you my son."
Annoyed with his mother and daughter and most importantly his husband who was not texting him back, Jungkook shouted, "No - you are not doing it. I don't want to hear a complaint from your teachers Carolina."
