Both dolphins and shark eat fish so if they would do a race then surely a dolphin will win because they can swim faster than a shark.
Because they got more oxygen in their blood and according to Google, they have four chambers.

Attack:
A dolphin is eligible to win a fight against sharks because of its strong snout.
They attack on delicate side of their neck and they would win.
