At night, Bondita was talking to her friend Prisha on WhatsApp.
Bondita: yaar hame na bahut tension ho rahi hai
Prisha: tere paas dimag hai jo tujhe tension hogi😂
Bondita: hahahahahaha ghatiya piddi sa joke tha, sun be seriously bol rahe hain
Prisha: accha kya hua? Kis baat ki tension
Bondita: yaar vo aaj na Shoury mila aur hamse bola ki propose day ke din hame poori university ke samne propose karega
Prisha: kyaaa uski itni himmat 😤😑 tu poori baat bata
Bondita: sun, after chemistry class, I was heading towards the physics department because I had my physics class, so as I entered the department, someone grabbed my hand and pulled me towards the wall. When I looked, it was Shoury who did it, which irritated me so much that I felt like smashing his head with anger building up inside me.
In my rage, I said to him, "hath chodo hamara Shoury"
He replied, "kyun apni girlfriend ka ab hath bhi nahi pakad sakte ham"
Hearing this made me even angrier, and I retorted, "koi girlfriend nahi hain ham tumhari"
He said, "Okay babe, mana hamse galti ho gayi ek baar, us par itna naraz rahogi kya hmm? esa thodi na karte hain apne boyfriend ke sath"
His nonsense infuriated me even more, and I said, "ye kya bakwas kiye ja rahe ho haan, hath chodo hamara" and I tried to free my hand from his grip.
He said, "Tum samjhti kyun nahi hamari baat ko, sirf us ek din ko bhool jaao, hamari sirf us ek galti ko bhula do, hame pata hai jo hamne kiya vo accha nahi kiya tumhare sath but now I truly fell in love with you, Bondita. Don't you remember everything I did for you before that day? Yes, I admit I made a big mistake by pretending back then, but now I'm not pretending. I truly love you. Please forgive me"
"Us din ko ham kabhi apni jindgi me nahi bhula payenge, tumhe pata hai tumhari vajah se us din hamne suicide tak karne ka soch liya tha, hamne tumse saccha pyaar kiya tha hame nahi pata tha ki tum kitne dramebaaz aur kitne gire huye insaan ho chodo hamara hath" I said, my voice laced with anger and anguish, as I pulled my hand away from him and started to leave.
That's when he said, "Theek hai fir is propose day ko poori university ke samne propose karenge ham tumhe fir dekhte hain kaise mana karti ho tum" Hearing this shocked me to the core, and my feet froze in place.
I turned back to face him, my eyes wide with disbelief. "kya kaha tumne"
"is propose day ham tumhe poori university ke samne propose karenge" Shoury's tone was laced with arrogance.
"tum esa bilkul nahi karoge" I said.
His smirk grew wider as he replied, "ham esa karenge tum bas wait karo 8th February ka"
Prisha: accha us kutte kamine ne ye bola
Bondita: haan
Prisha: to tu kyun tension le rahi hai karne de na use tujhe poori university ke samne propose
Bondita: arey tu samjh nahi rahi agar usne esa kiya to hamari kya hi izzat rah jayegi sabke samne
Prisha: tu samjh nahi rahi hai mene bola kar ne dena use tujhe propose tu accept hi mat karna uski hi bezzati ho jani hai fir poori university ke samne bada aaya VC ka bhatija khudki bezzati karwane ka shauk chad raha use
