Your POV
There's only a few weeks left before Rising Dragon goes on stage again. This time, I was feeling the pressure on making sure that this show is perfect. I know Uika is going to come to the show since she's been super supportive as of late. However, she said she was going to bring a certain someone with her; Sakiko.
I know she's supposed to be her childhood friend and all of that, but ever since she first introduced me to her, I have been feeling on edge, especially with what she said to me.
"A stupid little game, huh?" I muttered to myself.
I'll show Sakiko and prove to her that Rising Dragon are serious musicians.
As I am practicing my guitar in the living room, I heard a knock at my door. I walked over and opened the door. Standing on the other side was Uika, and she was grinning from ear to ear.
"Oh, good evening, Uika." I said. "What brings you here?"
"I wanted to check on you to make sure you were okay." She replied.
"Yeah, I'm fine." I replied. "Why do you ask?"
"Well, to be honest, I thought you would be upset because of what happened with Saki-chan." She said.
"Oh, right."
"You're not mad at her, aren't you?" She asked.
I took a deep breath before I gave her my answer.
"Don't worry about me. I'll be okay." I said to Uika.
Uika smiled as she took my hand, caressing it gently. Then she said...
"Listen, even if Saki-chan doesn't think your music is good, I like it, and you were the reason why I wanted to play the guitar in first place."
I smiled as I let Uika's words.
"And you inspired me to keep going." I said.
Uika chuckled.
"I guess we both inspired each other then, huh?"
"Yeah, that does seem to be the case."

A few weeks later...
Location - Main Stage
Today is the day of the big show. A lot of people came out here to see us, and to be honest, I couldn't be more happier. I can see Uika in the front row, and she waved at me.
I waved back at her, but then I can see Sakiko looking at me with an annoyed expression. I just shrugged it and start the show since I know these people have been waiting long enough.
"Greetings, everyone!" I call out to them. "Are you ready for a good time?"
"Yeah!!!"
The audience's support is more than enough to keep me going. However, when I see Sakiko, she gave me a thumbs down, and I start to get even more annoyed than before. But I took a deep breath, and I try my best to maintain my focus.
"Alright, everyone. Here is the first song on the list."
The other members and I started playing an instruments, and unfortunately, this is where I make a grave mistake...

After the song...
I messed up big time... I was so focused on trying to impress Sakiko with my skills as a guitarist and vocalist that... I wasn't paying attention to the mistakes I was making. The audience didn't waste anytime in bringing this up.
"What the hell was that, (Y/N)?" One person said.
"Were you even trying, man?" Another person asked.
"Bro, that was the weakest performance I have ever seen in ages." A third person said.
"I don't think I want to stick around to see the rest of the show."
"Yeah, same here."
One by one, they started to walk away.
"Guys, wait!" I said to them, but to no avail.
To make matters worse, even my band members started to walk away from me. I can see the disappointment on Sakiko's face as I hear her say...
"Like I said, leave the performing to those who can actually perform."
I fell to my knees in defeat upon hearing those words. The show is ruined, and it's all of my fault...
