Chapter 4.2 : Just Friends?

Midnight: Actually would you want to go in town to eat something there.

Crystal: Sure. Let me get ready
Midnight: Ok.

Crystal leaves and Pearl looks at Midnight.

Pearl: So do you like her~?

Midnight: (embarassed) What?No!

Pearl: Are you sure?

Midnight: Yeah!

A little later...

Crystal: I'm done

Midnight: Ok then, let's go.

Midnight opens the door and both of them leave the house. While they were walking in the forest, Midnight felt akward and broke the silence.

Midnight: So... Where are you from?

Crystal: Uh... I'm from the wild.

Midnight: Really? And how was life as a wild pokemon?

Crystal: Well... It wasn't so bad, we had a garden for food, a house, and also our brother was a Mailmon so we had money aswell. Now my turn, how was your life like?

Midnight: (sad) Well... I don't really like to talk about it.

Crystal: (concerned) What it was that bad?

Midnight: No. It was great, I has a family, a loving family but then... (sad again) I just realized I didn't really deserved it.

Crystal: Why did you think so? I don't see why don't you deserve it.

Midnight: I'm... As I said I don't want to talk about it.

Crystal: Ok then.

They continue walking until they finally came across the town.

Midnight: Here it is, Plasma Town.

Crystal: Let's go eat now, I know a place. Follow me!

Midnight follows Crystal to a restaurant and inside there are many mons eating curry and they go to a Samurott.

Crystal: Hi, pops!

Pops: Hello, young fella... and you bringed someone else, I see.

Crystal: Yeah he's a friend

Mdinight: Hello, I will want a juicy-dry curry, please!

Pops: Sure... (looks at Crystal) and you?

Crystal: I want a Bitter Bean Curry!

The Samurott leaves, also then Midnight and Crystal are left in an akward moment and Midnight remembers something. Midnight grabs the romance book from his satchel.

Midnight: Here. I got an autograph from someone quite popular.

Crystal: Really? (She opens the front page and Leo's signature is on it) Wait, how did you get Leo's signature, when and where?

Midnight: I quite met him by accident and asked him for his signature. (He says that while rubbing his back of the head)

Crystal: Thank you!

Crystal then hugs Midnight and Midnight blushes a bit whilw also feeling weird.

Midnight: Uhhhhhhh....... Can you please get off me... Please?
