Nyla was sat alone in her room, listening to music and doing some homework. She didn't have a lot of work to do but it was still quite a lot, and she preferred to do it as soon as possible. It was a saturday and unlike usual she woke up quite early. It was around 9am and nyla had already done half her homework. She woke up at around 6am and had immediately started to do her work, since later that day she would have to practice a new dance with the rest of the group.
She sat alone in her room humming alone to the music when she heard a knock on her door "come in" she called out, still looking down at her notebook
She heard the door open "You're up?" Bang Chan asked with a smile as he sat down on her bed
Nyla laughed softly "yep" she sighed "I have a bunch of homework" she explained, spinning around in her chair to look at him
He nodded "how much do you have left?" He questioned
She flipped through her notebook "um, about two more pages" she sighed, leaning her head in her hands
Bang chan's eyes wandered around the room as he nodded "where have your plants gone?" He asked. Nyla had always had plants in her room. She loved how they looked and loved the responsibility of looking after them
She looked where he was looking and answered "a few of them grew too big to stay in pots so I planted them outside" she told him "I need to get more to fill up that empty space"
He nodded and then looked at her "do you want to go buy some?" He asked with a warm smile
She immediately started smiling and nodded "yes! Really?"
Bang chan laughed and nodded "of course" he nodded "get ready and then we'll leave"
She nodded and smiled at him before quickly finishing her homework.
Within another hour she had finished her homework and gotten ready. She was wearing a short denim skirt with a black knitted sweater and tights. She put on her dr. martens boots and put her hair in half up half down "Chan!" She called out "I'm ready!" She said spraying perfume on herself. After a few seconds she left her room and went to the front door "chan!" She called out again as she waited by the door
He walked out of his room "sorry! Im here" he chuckled "you look nice" he said while putting his shoes on
She smiled at him "thanks, so do you" she said back "I like the change of Color " she noted, looking at his outfit that wasn't fully black for once
He laughed and nodded "I thought you would"
The two walked out of the dorm and took the bus to the nearest plant shop "what do you think you're going to buy?" Chan asked her
She thought for a second "I want an aloe Vera plant and a Venus fly trap" she told him, looking at the sky
He nodded and smiled "Maybe I should get one" he said
She laughed and looked at him "chan, no offence but you'd kill that plant in a second" she laughed, looking at the cloud filled sky
He laughed with her "probably" he nodded while laughing
After a few minutes of waking they got to the store "I'm so excited!" She exclaimed, opening the door
Chan smiled at her and walked into the shop "I can tell" he chuckled "I've never seen you leave the house so willingly before"
She laughed at his comment and then walked into the store. The store had plants displayed on shelves and others hanging from the ceiling, in the back was a greenhouse that had more unique plants and flowers "oh look!" She exclaimed, waking over to an aloe Vera plant. She spent a minute examining it as Bang Chan watched her with a smile "yeah, it looks good" she said, stepping back and looking at him
His smile grew "do you want it?" He asked. She nodded eagerly which made him laugh "okay then" he said, picking up the plant "okay where are the Venus fly traps, then?" He asked, looking around the room
She looked around and then started walking towards another plant "wow" she breathed, noting the unique coloring. Again she examined it for a few seconds before picking it up and holding it in her arms. Bang chan watched her with an amused look on his face. He loved seeing her so excited.
It took about an hour before nyla picked up all the plants she wanted. Bang chan followed her around the whole store as she looked at all the different plants. In the end she had gotten three more potted plants and two more hanging ones "I'm happy" she said, looking at bang chan with a smile
He smiled back "good" he chuckled. The two walked to the register and let the worker scan the plants
"Wow" the worker breathed with a chuckle "your sister must love plants" he noted with a smile
Chan went to correct the man but he didn't seem the point. Nyla was basically his sister and correcting him wouldn't really do anything "yeah, she does" he smiled, looking back at nyla who was slowly walking around the store, looking at more plants.
The worker told chan the price and he paid just before nyla could come over "how much is it?" Nyla asked, taking her card out of her phone case
Chan shook his head "I paid for it, don't worry" he said, picking the plants up
"What, chan" she said, picking a plant up "you didn't have to"
He smiled and looked at her "I wanted to" he shrugged "you deserve it"
She smiled at him and they left the store after thanking the worker.
They made their way back to the dorm, carrying the plants while sitting on the bus. After they got back to the dorm they put the hanging plants up and then put the potted plants into nicer pots and set them up
After they had set it all up they were standing in the hallway, waiting for the others to go practice "thanks, chan" nyla said "I had a really nice day"
Bang chan smiled warmly and nodded "so did I"
Nyla smiled and hugged him which caught him off guard. In their few months as a debuted group nyla had probably only hugged him twice, so it meant a lot.
