ASTRONOMY! (Logan Fields x M! OC)

The three cousins finally got out of the office, making their way to the class.

"Soo... who was that boy you're talking to?" The fake blonde said to Atlas with a teasing tone, nudging his side. Ben nodded, also feeling curious.

"Don't know, but he was pretty.. I think." Atlas answered calmly.

"Oh?" Aiden said, wiggling his eyebrows.

"Will you stop?" "Nope."

They continue to walk behind a teacher as he leads them to the class.

The teacher walked inside the class, greeting two brunettes who look identical. "Go ahead and find which desk has your name on it and take a seat." The teacher ordered the identical brunettes as three boys trailed behind him.

Atlas suddenly made an eye contact with the glasses boy from earlier, he smiled at him and the boy's eyes widened for a bit before shyly returning the smile.

'It's the boy I bumped into...'

"Sorry I'm late everyone. These three are new to the school, so make sure to give them a warm welcome." The teacher smiled. "You guys can take a seat as well." He said.

The three boys searched for their assigned seat.

Aiden is sitting next to Ashlyn, Ben is behind him and Atlas is in front of the glasses boy whom he met earlier and hasn't got his name yet.

"Let's begin with introductions, shall we? We'll go in alphabetical order." The teacher clapped his hands, still smiling.

"When its your turn, state your first and last name and something bout yourself." He picked up a marker and wrote his name on the white board.

"For example, my name is Thomas Walter and this is my first time teaching my own class, I look forward to being with you all!"

Ashlyn was the first one to introduce herself, "Ashlyn Banner, I like dogs." She simply says.

"I'm Aiden Clark, I like bungee jumping, skydiving, rock climbing, racing, water skiing—"

"I'm Atlas Seo, I'm a hockey player, I do skate boarding sometimes and I like animals." Atlas said with his usual soft smile and calm demeanor.

Ben laid his head down on his desk, using his arms as a pillow.

"Hello, I- the- uh... Logan Fields." The boy with glasses from earlier murmured. "I mean I'm Logan... I um, I enjoy astrology."

'Ah, so his name is Logan...'

"I'm Taylor Hernandez! I'm in the mechanics club. Come say hi if you get the chance."

"I'm Tyler Hernandez, yes, we're twins. I'm in the baseball club."

And so on.

"Alright, now that introductions are done," Mr.
Thomas turned on the projector. "Let's talk about the semester-long group project!"

"Today you'll be choosing your partners for the project and each group should consist of minimum six members, maximum seven!"

"Oh and no one will be allowed to work alone."

Seven desks positioned into a circle. Atlas was grouped with his two cousins, the Hernandez twins, the redhead that he now learned her name is Ashlyn, and the boy who he thought resembles a puppy; Logan Fields.

The tall black haired boy sat in between Ben and Logan.

"Our main focus this semester will be the history of Georgia's oldest city, Savannah." Mr. Thomas stated.

"This is also what your project will be about and the topics you'll choose to present on are stated in your rubric. Additionally there is an overnight field trip to go along with the project!" He announced, receiving a few cheers from some students.

'I kind of wanna go..' Atlas thought.

"Of course it's optional, however those who attend can get extra credit for your individual grade."

Atlas's eyes brightened, 'Additional grade? I'll definitely go.'

"If you are interested, the permission slips are on my desk and include everything you'll need to know. For the rest of the period, please choose what topic your group would like to present on." Mr. Thomas continued. "You've got twenty-five minutes so spend it wisely."
