i smiled as I tapped on the kik app, i'd met this guy on a tumblr post and he's turned out to be pretty cool.

I quickly shot him a text, hoping I wasn't bothering him.

tyjo: hi hi

josho: hello ty, how're you today?

tyjo: pretty great since I started talking with you.

tyjo: wait that sounded weird

tyjo: like my days have been better since we started talking

tyjo: k that sounded even worse, but I hope you get what I mean frick, why'd I have to make everything weird. I sighed and watched as the three dots popped up, signaling he was typing.

josho: yeah I know what you mean, glad I could make your days better : )

tyjo: but how're you? feel rude bc I didn't ask, sorry about that.

josho: you're fine ty, and I'm doing exceptionally well thank you. i got a new pair of drumsticks so I'm pretty psyched to use em'. i smiled at my screen,

I found it pretty adorable how happy he got when it came to drumming. we both had our ways of relieving stress or just doing something we loved. it was music, his escape was the drums. mine was piano, ukulele, & poetry flipped so that I could transfer in into raps & songs. our friendship was a pretty cool one if I do say so myself.

tyjo: do you ever just laugh at how we met bc I do.

josho: ah yes, the post about how cats are better than dogs. cats still rule btw.

tyjo: yeah, okay. and dogs are still the best, hence the quote "mans best friend."

Josho: Man you wish dude.Cats are clearly better than dogs. Who's Taylor Swift's companion?

Tyjo: oh dude, please don't bring t-swift into this arguement.

Josho: It isn't a arguement we're just discussing things.

Tyjo: haha yeah alright.

Josho: plus you must admit I'm your best friend ;)

Oh Man, I'm stupid I thought.bHe probably already has a best friend and they've probably have been best friends since birth and I randomly walked into his life over a tumblr post like a month ago.

Tyjo is typing....

Tyjo: yeah you are ;)

Josho: Oh My God.Really? You're like my bestfriend too behind drumsticks.

Tylo: i'm so honored dude.

Josho: You should be.

Tyjo: it's getting late...

Josho: Oh No!

Tyjo: i'm tired.

Josho: What Why bb?

I just called him Baby he probably thinks I'm weird and never wants to talk to me again.Why am I freaking out?!?

Tyjo: dude, life; exhaustation.

Josho: Oh yeah and it's like 1am...

Tyjo: Night Joshie.

I exited out of kik and put my phone on my bedstand having a amazing dream about being famous, getting a new drum set, and cats.
