"A brand new year, brand new me." Garam took a deep breath as she stared at her own reflection. She wore a distinct "Bunny Ear" cap that flaps at the ends, very loose pants that looks like she wore a trash bag on her body, and a white patterned short sleeve.
"I don't understand ajumma. What is the purpose of these? To be honest I look ridiculous in these." Garam held our her ears at Min Heejin.
"Those special Bunny Ears are supposed to represent your core identity! Each of your are like little bunnies roaming on the grass. Despite the unorthodox appearance it may have you will find intrinsic value in the official release." Heejin stated using big words.
"Mwo?..." Garam tilted her head.
"She is saying you look sweet." Minji approached her.
"It's so hard to compete with you sometimes with you unnie. You look prettier than me!" Garam pouts.
"Come on girlie you're the prettier one! They call you Gigi for a reason!" Hanni said in support of her.
"Gigi Hadid? I don't know too much about modern celebraties but I would prefer Lana Turner. She is someone who is effortlessly beautiful." Garam argued.
"Always have to refer to old Hollywood actors."
"Old Hollywood has a certain charm. You have to understand that the film industry was somewhat small when it started. Many barriers have been broken as the decades went, but the Golden Age was when actors really took their acting very seriously. The caliber was simply at a higher level. Take Grace Kelly in High Noon or Rita Hayworth in Gilda. Ahh I would love to cosplay as her one of these days!!" Garam went fangirl mode as she talked about Old Hollywood.
She loves the aesthetic and even the the male actors were also talented. Gene Kelly was a natural born performer and Marlon Brando was very talented as well as handsome. Garam even has a wallpaper saved on her phone.
"Yo we're finished!!" Hyein called over.
"This idiot took too long." Haerin pointed.
"You know how hard getting this to be comfortable!! My hair itches like crazy!!" Hyein scratched her head.
"Deal with it kid! Ain't nobody is gonna baby you forever. You gotta toughen up!" Haerin argued.
"Come mates let's not fight again. The year has barely started." Danielle got in between them. She always had to be the one to stop the fight. Afterwards the girls got ready for the dance performance.
"I'm very proud of you girls. We had a very successful debut and we're just getting started! We expect to 2023 to come swinging!!" Heejin said with pure enthusiasm.
