The sun was setting, casting a warm, golden glow over the beach. The sound of waves gently crashing against the shore filled the air.

Y/n and Sana were sitting on a small, rustic cottage by the beach, away from the water's edge. They were huddled over Y/n's tablet, scrolling through files and discussing what they found.

Momo and Mina were further down the beach, splashing and playing in the water, their laughter echoing across the sand.

Y/n furrowed her brow, swiping through the pages on the tablet. "These files... they're incomplete. There's so much missing" she muttered, frustration evident in her voice.

Sana leaned in closer, her eyes scanning the screen. "I know, but it's a start. We just need to piece it all together. Look at this part, it mentions the orphanage incident but it's so vague."

Y/n sighed, glancing towards the water where Mina was laughing, clearly enjoying her time with Momo.

A small smile tugged at her lips at the sight, but it quickly faded as she turned back to the tablet. "We need more details. Something concrete."

Momo splashed Mina, who shrieked and retaliated with a wave of water. They were both soaked, but their smiles were wide, and their laughter was contagious.

The carefree atmosphere was a stark contrast to the tension Y/n and Sana were dealing with.

Sana tapped on a particular file. "Hey, look at this. This report... it's from 22 years ago, just like Jihyo mentioned. It's about the fire at the orphanage."

Y/n's eyes widened. "This could be it. This could be what ties everything together." She started reading aloud. "...multiple children injured, one with a gunshot wound and a multiple bruises that reportedly was harassed..."

Sana's expression turned serious. "Do you think that's Mina? The girl in your dream?"

Y/n nodded slowly, a deep sense of dread settling in her stomach. "It has to be. But why would she never mention it?"

Sana placed a comforting hand on Y/n's shoulder. "Maybe she doesn't remember. Or maybe it's too painful."

Mina and Momo had moved to the shore, sitting on the sand and catching their breath. Mina glanced towards the cottage, seeing Y/n and Sana deep in conversation.

She couldn't help but feel a pang of worry, wondering what they were discussing so intensely.

Y/n shook her head. "We need to find out more. There's got to be someone who can help us."

Sana nodded, determination in her eyes. "We will. We'll get to the bottom of this."

Y/n took a deep breath, her gaze drifting back to Mina. "I just hope it doesn't hurt her more than it helps."

Sana squeezed her shoulder. "We'll protect her. We'll protect all of them. We owe it to them."

Y/n nodded, feeling a renewed sense of purpose. They were getting closer to the truth, and nothing was going to stop them now.
