In the middle of the night
Sathi's sleep was interrupted all of a sudden and she finds Ayaan's presence sleeping peacefully.

She was trying to sleep again by changing her postures.
There she suddenly remembers her past days, when she met Sanskar for the very first time.

-Flashback-

In the bustling corridors of their college, Sanskar and Sathi's paths crossed for the first time.

Sathi was hurrying to her next class when she accidentally bumped into Sanskar, sending her books scattering across the floor.

Embarrassed, Sathi quickly bent down to gather her things, but Sanskar beat her to it, helping her pick up the fallen books with a charming smile. "Sorry about that," he said, his voice warm and friendly.

Sathi couldn't help but blush at his kindness. "It's okay. Thanks for helping," she replied, her heart fluttering at the sight of his captivating smile.

From that moment on, their chance encounter blossomed into a friendship that endured through college. They shared laughter, study sessions, and late-night conversations, gradually growing closer with each passing day.

As she reminisced about their college days, Sathi couldn't help but feel a pang of nostalgia for the carefree times they once shared.

-End of flashback -

As Sathi lay awake in the stillness of the night, memories of her encounters with Sanskar flooded her mind. She remembered the first time they met in college, his easy smile and friendly gestures that had drawn her in from the start. Despite her efforts to focus on her studies, she found herself stealing glances at him whenever he was around.

But as she lay beside Ayaan, she pushed those memories aside, reminding herself of the life she had chosen. She had made a commitment to Ayaan and his family, and she couldn't let herself be swayed by thoughts of the past.

Closing her eyes, Sathi focused on the steady rhythm of Ayaan's breathing, as she drifted back to sleep. Yet, deep down, she knew that the memories of Sanskar would continue to linger, stirring something within her that she couldn't quite define.

-A week later-

---

A normal evening in their house.
Sathi playfully nudged Ayaan, "Come on, Ayaan! Let's go out for a change. It's such a beautiful day."

Ayaan, engrossed in his book, resisted with a grin, "No, I'm not going out. You can go."

Sathi pouted, "Please, Ayaan! We've been cooped up indoors all week. A little fresh air will do us good."

Ayaan closed his book, giving in to Sathi. "Fine, fine!"

Sathi grinned, "Deal!" She grabbed his hand, pulling him off the couch, and they headed out to the nearest park.

While walking around the park,
Sathi asked Ayaan, "Have you ever gone to the park with your Girlfriend?"

Ayaan shook his head, "No, never."

Sathi asked, "Why?"

"I don't know, we never feel like going together in a park." He answered.
But then he asked the same question. "Have you ever gone to the park with your boyfriend?"

"I don't have any boyfriend, I usually go with Anaya and Khushi and sometimes alone." She replied.

"Wait you never had any boyfriend? I thought you must be having one." He said, in a teasing way.

"Huh? I'm not like you, who has a girlfriend, though he is married." Sathi said in a sarcastic way.

Ayaan chuckled instead of getting offended. He didn't mind her words at all.

"Do you want me to break up with her?" He asked smiling at her.

"No, why would I want you to break up with her? You can continue with your love." Sathi said.

Ayaan felt no jealousy at her words.
Yes, she wasn't jealous at all. They walked a little more and sat on a wooden bench and continued their conversation.

- At night-

Both were preparing to sleep, Ayaan was already on the bed wearing his glasses reading his books.
Sathi was Inside the bathroom, treating her skin.

Our girl loves skin caring.

Ayaan loudly called Sathi, "Hey, bring me some water please, I'm getting thirsty."

Sathi from the bathroom, "Get yourself one, you stupid can't you see I'm inside the bathroom."

Ayaan in frustration, "Woooooooo, I can't see Cause you're not in front of me." Then he smiled and said in a teasing way. "Do you want me to join you?"

Sathi from there, "You are such a pervert I'm not showering, I'm doing skin care."

"Okay do it, I'll get myself some water." He said to himself and got up from the bed.

He heads to the Kitchen and opens the   refrigerator. He drank water.

Sathi inside the bathroom, talking to herself wearing a face mask. "Huh? This brat can't even grab a water bottle by himself."

She gets out of the bathroom removing her mask and feeling herself fresh.

She immediately jumped to the bed.
Ayaan comes back and sees her.
He went to his side and said to her,
"Your face looks glowy, can I touch it?" Smiling at her.

"No." She replied straight.
"Why?" He asked.
"I just cleansed it, you will ruin it, Your hands are nasty." She said.

"Why do you think my hand is nasty?
He asked, showing his palms near her face.

Sathi moved backwards and in frustration she replied, "No, Ayaan."
Ayaan keeps trying to touch her face
Like a baby wants to grab a face.

"Aaah, You're irritating me. Fine ! Fine!" Sathi moved her face at him to let him touch her soft cheeks.

Ayaan Smiled and touched her bare  face with his thumb. "Wooh, it's so soft." Ayaan cutely spoke.

"I wanna do Skincare too." He said leaving her face. Sathi said, "Then join me tomorrow."

Ayaan Smiled at her. Blushing and he immediately sleeps covering himself.
"Hey, why are you shy about it?"
Sathi asked.

He didn't say anything and drifted into sleep. Sathi chuckled.
"Crazy!" She slept too.
